Bing Lee

I’m from Queensland but was hunting down a specific item not in stock anywhere. In fact, it appears to be discontinued. While google searching for options I saw that Bing Lee Taree had one left on display. I rang them up and without missing a beat they sold me the item and packaged it up in wait for my courier to pick up. Thanks to Allison and Kieran for making this so easy.

Always so helpful every time I'm in there. Knowledgeable, easy to talk to not pushy and the store is always super clean. Keep doing what you do...it works, we won't shop anywhere else.

Was in today to add to our order that Kaz was helping us with. Wow! She is amazing and such an asset to the store! We had a few questions and needed some advice and nothing was a problem. Thanks Kaz for your superior service.

Even tho the shop was mid are-fit when we went in ,KAZ was Amazing and couldn’t have done more to help us ! recommend 100% for any electrical need and ask for KAZ

Karen the lovely sales lady got it right with a dehumidifier and was well experienced with information and willing to go the extra length to be sure of her advice by looking up the information. Great friendly customer service. Reasonable in price.

We were served by a very friendly Keiron who had to order the colour we wanted from the warehouse and it arrived a week earlier than expected.
The delivery guys were punctual, polite, helpful and well presented.
Overall a really great experience.

I am so pleased that Dave has returned to Bing Lee in Taree after a few years of absence. My wife and I have bought so much from Bing Lee in Taree over the years but the main reason for doing so is because of the care and attention, as well as the outstanding product knowledge, shown by Dave. He really is just so helpful. I am unsure what position he holds in this store but, he would be an excellent role model for all of the staff. Hopefully, he is in some managerial position. If not, he certainly deserves to be.
This store is to be very highly recommended. Even though we live in Diamond Beach, where Forster is a little closer for us, we always shop nowhere else.

Purchased a dishwasher Instore. They didn’t have the one I wanted on display. A staff member called Karen approached and asked what I was after. Looked up a catalogue for me and ordered it in for me.
She rang me when it arrived In store and rang again on the delivery day with an approximate time

Matt and Ross were fantastic with lots of information, went out of there way to help me.
Matt even retrieved something from his home to help me out.
Gave me a further discount because I bought quite a few big item's.
The info Ross gave me because of my hearing problems was money saving. I didn't waste it on a sound bar and bought what he suggested that was better and cheaper.

Big Lee Taree were great during the covid lockdown. I ordered a click and collect washing machine on-line. The staff were very helpful; they called to let me know where to park to load the washer. They helped me load it and were very friendly. Very good service.

Lovely to walk into an electrical store and get the service we received. We don’t have these doors in Victoria maybe we should.

A very good experience with click and collect for my new tv. I ordered early in the morning, had a phone call from the staff at Bing Lee Taree, and picked up when I was ready.
