Cleanest Maccas I have ever seen. Staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The presentation of the food was very tidy and the food tasted fresh. Not the typical slapped together burgers and wraps we experience in Sydney. Very impressed by the young workers here.

It's the cleanest McDonald's we have ever been in and the team at this store should be highly commended on its presentation. Not only that but they were warm and friendly, which doesn't always happen in most food outlets during busy holiday periods. We'll be back again when we travel through Taree!

Pit stop on the way to Newcastle. Tidy and clean inside. The carpark is atrocious! So many pot holes.

Not very busy when we have been, just steady, easy to walk in and order from the kiosks.

Food gets delivered hot and beverages are hot as well, extra deals are also available which are not available in store.

The app does does it make it easy you just have to use the menu log to order delivery.

Definitely worth the extra 10 minutes from the highway not to have stop at Taree Service Center and go here instead. Clean, friendly staff and kids had the great playground to themselves. We will be making the extra effort for every roadtrip from now on.

It is an amazing place where you can unwind during a long trip , the birds are amazing

The food was amazing I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, quarter pounder and chips were fresh, service was great! I really to recommend stopping by this restaurant to pick up a quick snack!

Person who handed our drinks to us was lovely, he let us know the drinks would be a little while as they only had one frappe machine working but he was lovely and polite. Would come here again.

Been there quite a few times. Have not had a bad coffee yet. Always how I ask for it. Perfect. Great friendly service too.

Great location and plenty of room for larger vehicles, cars with trailors etc. Efficient service & clean restaurant.
Jacinta the manager there clearly takes much pride in her work. I cannot recommend this restaurant, she overseas enough. So much so, I'd take the trip off the main road to visit again, now.
My meal was good, however orange juice tasted odd. A long drive in traffic likely added to my disappointment and repulsed response to tasting it. I made a complaint and Jacinta, the business Manager promptly responded and took immediate action to have the tubes cleared and cleaned out and even went so far as to have this done at another McDonald's store nearby. Thankfully I wasn't ill and appreciate her response, that it may have been a one off. I was so impressed by her attention to detail, consideration of my health and safety, genuine concern for me and the health of others.
I would definitely trust the cleanliness and customer centred approach of this restaurant. 5 stars+

Friendly staff, standard food. Wish the carpark was bigger.

my wife and I had 2 senior's cuppacinnos(free, if you show your seniors card )with 2 egg and bacon Mc muffins and two muffins to nibble on our way. Friendly service delivered to our table.

Served by a lovely young man at counter, then meals and drinks served to table by very friendly staff 😀

Wow this place was soooo busy, there was a dance comp on next door I think. However I couldn't rate the service and our meals high enough, we ate in and even though it was packed we had no drama or stress ordering getting our meals delivered to our table, and it was clean and tidy. We'll done to the crew

In general, my McDonald's review is 3 stars, because they're all the same. But all I can say is, if you were going to go to the service centre, go here instead. About 5 mins detour, right on the river, less people and more space.

Maccas is not really my thing, but this one at Taree is always cleaner than all the rest, and the staff actually seem to be happy to work there.
