May I just say that the experience I had today in Officeworks was absolutely amazing. I was bringing back a Faulty D-Link Router and was served by Alan on the front desk. He was very quick to help me out, and make sure I was being looked after. He processed the refund efficiently and was very nice throughout the process.
He understood what I was saying and listened to me rather than making me feel like I’m in the wrong. It was very pleasant to have such a lovely experience. Thankyou so much for your lovely Service Alan, you should be commended.

Oh they got lots of useful useful stuff for the office here.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Alan, of the printing section for the advice, testing, printing and results he produced.

I had presented him with a very aged 100+ page catalogue circa 1874 which had considerable extraneous writing over it. There were some initial problems which Alan successfully dealt with leaving me with a very readable piece of history.
Please convey my thanks for all the efforts I must have dealt him.

My partner and I bought a chair here and it would not assemble correctly. The staff in this shop are always polite,friendly and helpful with any inquiries I may have.I would like to make special mention of a young man by the name of Jordan.This gentleman is an absolute delight,he always goes that extra mile to acquire information on various products.a real asset to this business.

Went and got some prints done and the printing team (Harry and Ramesh?) were absolute legends!! So helpful and professional. Got my printing exactly to what I wanted. Highly recommended!!
