Just picked up my first online order from Pirlos Mullumbimby yesterday,
The fruit and vegies are so fresh and crispy. Best red grapes I have ever had and their cherry tomatoes so tasty.Staff are really helpful with enquiries, and my order was boxed up ready to go at the stated time. They will also home deliver. They normally are wholesale suppliers to restaurants etc, but are happy to sell to the general public at present to keep their business operational and their staff employed. The added advantage is the minimal handling from farm gate to us- something to consider in these times.

I ordered online via there online order and delivery service. Whilst it is a great option when you are busy the service was very poor and the produce was not up to standard

My first order I put a note asking for delivery later that week. Someone called on Monday to confirm payment and I confirmed Friday delivery. It was delivered on Tuesday. My box had a few good things a couple ok but overall ok for price and convenience. They gave me the wrong apples and a green paw paw instead of a red which was a bit annoying.

Next week I thought I would give them another go and put in a second order. I left a note about the paw paw from last week and ordered another - I specifically asked that they check that I receive a red paw paw The order was for 60.00 however when they charged me (without calling to confirm where to charge) it was well over 70.00

The produce arrived and I was very disappointed. The invoice showed some very big price discrepancies, overall the quality was poor. The pears were old, the limes were so dry - absolutely no juice, the basil was black and there was no paw paw to be seen!

That evening I sent an email asking for new basil and paw paw or a refund. The following week I heard nothing back so called. No answer so I sent another email. No reply so I called another two times and left a voice message - no follow up at all.

I’m a fair person and don’t like to leave reviews like this but this is one of the most unprofessional dealings I have had with a business.

After taking time to put together an on order and getting confirmation email, nothing happened, no response to follow up emails either.
