A Sunday morning and I called to discuss my ‘humming’ pool pump which wasn’t working… spoke to Martin and he said as they weren’t busy to bring it in. On arrival Nick (technician) had a look at it, found the problem and fixed it, all within 30mins! Great service… thanks guys!

Very happy with this service...from Josh's advice on latest products to Payton (admin) but especially the after sales service.Tom, (manager) personally followed through on everything to made sure we were entirely happy with the final result. We are! The investment in the recommended equipment was well worth it...the competitive quote made the decision easy. Such a simple system with online access that is hands free and virtually no maintenance is such a treat. Doesn't hurt that it looks great and with the heater the kids will now be swimming all year too! Delighted to recommend Penrith pool&spa!
