Excellent prompt and informed service. The fellow explained the issue, recommended an inexpensive replacement and reset my computer. All in about 15 minutes. Also the secured carpark made parking super easy.

Highly recommend for a fast, efficient, friendly service. The owner Sunny saved my day as my battery died when I got there & turned off engine but the shop was closed & I was stuck. Sunny peered out the window and saw my predicament so he very kindly opened his shop and replaced my battery in a few minutes . I was so grateful and would highly recommend. Sunny loaned us a portable battery charger which saved us hours and hundreds of dollars if we had instead waited for roadside assistance to jumpstart a flat battery. He taught us how to use it and went above and beyond with advice. Recommended!

Great telephone service and even better in person. My ride-on mower battery was cactus and these guys pointed me in the right direction. They did all the necessary testing of the old battery and then organised a replacement plus a solar trickle feed charger. One very happy customer here :)

My car battery has been low for a little while so I went in on my way to work on Friday thinking I would swap the battery myself over on Saturday. Was very lucky to have them say they would do it for me right then and there, the whole process took just 10 mins. Extremely helpful store and saved me having to do it myself when I probably would have made a mistake in the process. Thanks for going above and beyond!

Came to battery world as I didn't want to wait a week or more to see the mechanic or dealership. My battery was a dealership spec that was 7 years old and not very efficient.
Changed the battery within 30min.

Also, they presented me with two battery options, one Japanese the other European.

I was very impressed to see that they were honest and didn't pressure you to go with a more expensive option. I actually was leaning more towards the more expensive European spec due to the higher draw. However I ended up going with the Japanese battery to match my car brand.

Battery was perfect, actually increased my fuel range (probably to do with how it stores and disperses energy)

The business is also helping to support the surrounding businesses too as they encourage you to get a drink or something to eat.

When I arrived yesterday, it was around 3:00 pm, they were closing the door. The staff was very nice. He helped me to test my car battery carefully and told me the battery was nearly flat that should be changed immediately. Then he inquired my car's details and recommended me a best battery. Also give me a discount. I was so happy. I just waited a few minutes, the new battery was well installed. Test and installation all are free. very quick and very professional. The shop location is excellent, spacious car space, easy parking. Strongly recommend.

I had a battery issue with my car and it was stuck at the train station. He helped me jump start the car and also loaned me his battery so that I could go get my warranty issues sorted out by another vendor as the battery was not purchase through battery world. If though he wasn’t making a sale but he was more than willing to go the extra mile and help. Hats off to you for the amazing service….

Sunny and Matt replaced the battery in my 1980 Holden Rodeo and did a great job. First, they checked the alternator to ensure it was working properly. Then, they also found that and after market radio had been wired directly to the battery which is probably why it died. They disconnected that for me and it now functions properly. Excellent sleuthing and solutions. Good price too!

First time visiting this store and very impressed with all aspects of my visit. Sunny the owner helped me replace the battery in my Ford Kuga, which is actually quite difficult and requires removal of the air filter box and some other parts. This was done at no extra cost and with a very friendly attitude. Could not recommend this store enough.

My car's battery died. Sunny kindly lent me his jump starter for free so that I could drive the car to the store. He then helped me test the battery and explained that one cell died. I then changed a battery there.

Sunny is a proper engineer, knows his stuff and very straight forward. I like it.
