Dr. Sonia Kumar is life-changing. She made me feel truly seen, heard and cared for. Dr. Kumar is very easy to open up to. After years of struggling and seeing numerous specialists, I'm very grateful to have found her. Highly recommended.

Dr Paul Phaser is a wonderful Dr he is understanding his caring and he knows exactly what you need experienced in so many different emotions etc. So happy after I’ve been medicated and been diagnosed with ADHD. I never thought I could feel like I do and when you going through this at the time for somebody to be so understanding and helpful is the biggest help of all. Thank you Dr you’re the best J

Dr. Vladimir Sazhin is an amazing and caring psychiatrist who goes above and beyond for his patients!

I came in for my first consultation today, and I was quite hesitant to come in due to some of the negative Google reviews. However, the clinic is far from what has been described in my experience (I believe some of the harsh feedback might actually be about the adjoining hospital).

From the moment I walked into Dr. Sazhin's consult room, I felt safe and comfortable. Throughout the session, he was such a great listener and very understanding. He walked me through possible treatment options catered to my situation and always made sure to hear my thoughts. It is so evident that Dr. Sazhin wants the best for his patients, and I'm so thankful to have spoken with him.

The receptionist was also so lovely and courteous - she let me know Dr. Sazhin's clinic days for when I plan to book a follow-up visit.

I'm so grateful to have been referred to see Dr. Sazhin. 100% satisfied with the quality of care that the Gordon Clinic delivers. 5/5, definitely coming back if needed!

Dr Rachel Guthrie has been excellent helping me with needle and surgery anxiety. The help I have received is greatly appreciated.The receptionist staff are polite and helpful. Easy to get to by public transport. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been seeing Dr James on and off for quite a few years now. Both the clinic staff and Dr James have always treated me with respect and kindness.

Promise I’m not a spammer, I just don’t want to post under my name. I’ve been going here for years for one on one. Very impressed with my doctors, I’m of the opinion that they care about their patients and that they have a sound and deep understanding of their practise.

Edit: not sure why there are all these harsh comments here. I’m still attending and I get great treatment from my doctors and there’s nothing wrong with the reception staff, they are polite and generally very helpful. Its possible people are leaving feedback about the adjoining hospital which doesn’t have its own page, that place I can’t defend.

I’ve only been to Dr Kumar three times and out of the 16 doctors I have seen for ADHD, she’s the first doctor to not just throw medication at me. She’s giving me mood trackers, mental health support, asking genuine and caring questions and making me feel more supported than anyone I’ve ever been treated by.
I was diagnosed when I was 8 (28 years ago) and taking from test, to doctor, to doctor with zero care for my actual wellbeing. Even just sitting with her and having her help me understand my thoughts makes me feel so much better and more mindful of how my mind works.
I cannot recommend her enough.

I was hesitant in the beginning because of these bad reviews, But I needed A bilingual doctor so I chose here and I had good experience. Dr Phang is very responsive and understanding. The reception are helpful as well.

I've seen two Drs here, Dr James and Dr Bennett. They have both been wonderful and very helpful and caring towards me and my health. The best Drs in this field that I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I highly recommend this practice. The receptionests are always accommodating and kind.
