Rodney Clark - Gordon

Every time I come in to Rodney clark at Gordon....Susie has a warm welcoming and also very helpful in her service... I would definetly recommend this store.....

Store in Gordon was so helpful when purchasing item, but not so friendly when returning.
Was spoken to like a naughty child when returned item with tag intact but string that holds tag to garment had come loose. While she pulled a new string from her draw, she went on and on about how they don’t like to take things back with tag not in place. That is fine but why go on lecturing me when you have loads of strings to simply put it back. Then I finally get a credit note, which is a shame because I would honestly not like to return to this store and I left, only to realize she didn’t give me my receipt back which had another 5 items on it. When I asked for my receipt, I was told that they needed to keep it for head office.......really??? Wasn’t told, could have left with no receipt and then found an issue with another garment and no proof of purchase. She had to leave the store to go photocopy my receipt so I could have it back. This is not great customer service or system. Talking to a customer like they should go to time out is not the way to get repeat business.
