We were not needing a couch for a few months but really loved the couch we found. Manager offered to store the couch for a few months until we were ready. Made the whole process very easy for us.

Writing this review to commend the exceptional customer service from Steven at Gordon when we purchased our television. He answered all our questions patiently and politely, giving advice and tips for installation, working out the best price and ensuring everything was ready for us to take away himself. Steven even brought the TV down to the car and helped us load it in. Could not be happier with the sales service and thanks for your help Steven!

Thanks Jack for fixing the reclined sofa (changing the transformer). I called not long after receiving the sofa . And he came to help in early afternoon. That was speedy quick ! I really appreciate it ! Thank you so much😄

The most amazing service from the kitchen appliance department. Dale saved the day for me, sourcing and delivering the oven I needed at very short notice when a different company let me down. Do not go anywhere else for your kitchen appliances! They’ll give you the best price, service and most importantly deliver the goods!! Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience with Guerlain and her colleague in the tapware and tiles department, who were polite and helpful in finding a bathroom mixer tap. They were very knowledgeable and showed me a good range of products, and they recommended a very nice Caroma model at an excellent price. I have no hesitation in recommending them and they will definitely be my first choice for future purchases. Thanks Guerlain!

Denisha is an incredible employee and she helped me select both a fridge and a washing machine. I wouldn't go anywhere because Harvey Norman has the best prices even better than the good guys. She answered all my questions and I felt really secure making my purchase. I'm having these items delivered in two days from now so fingers crossed that all goes well. Please promote her or ensure she is promptly rewarded.

Matt, Peter and Nick in the bedding department were all super helpful. From Peter who was most helpful with our initial enquiries, who was then followed up by Nick attending promptly to our various email requests, then finally Matt who really took the time to go through everything, answering all our questions as we made our final decisions. Most impressive was that he stayed back over an hour past close just to ensure all our needs were met and order placed correctly. The whole time he was very courteous, never pressuring, nothing was too hard and he did everything with a smile. He even offered to carry bags to the car even though he still had to close up the shop. So good to see there is still great customer service all round out there... THANKYOU SO MUCH... Omar and his manager were always willing to help with an Optus offer even though it was quite late in the day.

Had a small issue with an online order where it was left untouched until I had to proactively follow up by calling 2 and a bit weeks later.

All and in all a great store in the local community.

Well trained and experienced staff, especially Computer department. If you are unsure about what exactly you want in a computer or laptop, they make sure you get what you need rather than just selling things to make more profit out of the sale. They also did price match for me. Best experience ever as I needed a very high spec laptop and they understood my requirements and delivered me the laptop before the delivery date.

Bought a Breville barista express pro coffee machine from Harvey norman Gordon.

One of the staff (Michelle) really helped us to decide on the machine.

She was extremely patient and really understood our requirement rather making a quick sale.

She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with,Also the manager BJ has been extremely kind.

I purchased a TV here today and was served by Denisha. The customer service experience was excellent. I felt I got a good deal with the price they could offer. She was very knowledgeable with the products she is selling. She even went over and above even helping get the product to my car and making sure it fit in. Sadly you don't get service like this much anymore, so I can only say thank you to Denisha and the team at Harvey Norman Gordon.

Heath from Harvey Norman Gordon went out of his way to help my wife & I who are not very technologically savvy! He helped us purchase a monitor and also recommended accessories for it. He is a great young man who took his time to sort out our issues & make our experience in store very pleasant. A wonderful staff member who should be acknowledged along with the rest of the helpful computer team!

On my first visit to the store, to buy a TV, I had a poor customer service experience with one of the staff there. I wasn't able to speak with the manager at that time, and I didn't want to wait around. I felt strongly enough about my experience that I contacted the head office to lodge a complaint about that particular person. The lady there told me she would have the proprietor and/or his 2IC contact me. Bob (proprietor) called me as promised, apologised for the experienced and advised me that he would have Star - the manager of electrical appliances - handle the matter. I still wanted to buy a TV, as I wanted to take advantage of the 12 months interest free option.

Star called as promised, and we arranged a date for me to return to the store to see her. I found Star to be very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She went above and beyond, to ensure that I could get the TV model I wanted, which they didn't have in stock in Gordon.

Star and Bob both went out of their way to assist me, and managed to turn the situation around completely within a few days. Thank you both very much!! I'm very happy with the service, and with my purchase, after getting your professional advice and assistance. You'll definitely see me as a returning customer in the future :-)

We've just renovated 3 bathrooms and found Harvey Norman Bathrooms, and in particular their manager Owen, to be excellent. Not only was his pricing competitive, and in many cases cheaper than other providers, the customer service he provided was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, including swapping out products and replacing an item broken in transit. We recommend Owen and the Harvey Norman bathrooms team without hesitation.

Great sales person. Really showed an aptitude for selling and wasn't pushy. He educated me on the different computer requirements suited to me, explained in detail what I would be paying and didn't leave anything out here and also gave me a discount.

He also moved me over to another plan in that I received in exchange a $600 voucher, however he didn't go all the way and mention what the exit costs would be from leaving Vodafone to Optus! Haha all good, I'll call them tomorrow. Btw, I didn't get the Ipad :)

Recently, I had just moved into a house so I needed to furnish it. I bought lounge, oven, heaters, washing machine and mattresses from Harvey Norman. The customer service provided by Harvey Norman Gordon from the electrical/white goods (Steve), furniture (Alex L & team) and bed sections were very excellent, second to no other retailers. If you need to buy any electrical appliances, white goods, furniture, lounge and/or bed/mattresses, I highly recommend Harvey Norman Gordon.

Amazing service from Matthew in Bathrooms - our cistern developed a leak and Matthew was fast and efficient in his handling of the matter and quickly escalated this through to the servicing agents who rocked up within 2 days and fixed it for me. Unreal ! Very happy with HN and the service crew

I received professional and friendly service from a young man in the computer section last week. Very knowledgeable and polite. Supportive with setting up my new computer.

We went into Harvey Norman today with a good idea of what we wanted and had done our research on the products however when we met Rose, that went out the window and we wanted to know about what she recommended! She was so experienced in her product knowledge and what would be best for our needs. She had an absolutely glowing personality, her happiness was contagious. It was a pleasure to hang out with Rose this afternoon & buy some furniture!

Very helpfull. We were assisted by Michael at Gordon during lockdown. He went out of his way to assit us with buying furniture with out going into the shop. We always buy what ever we need from our Harvy Norman Store. Try them you wont be disappointed.
