Its rough working long hours for everyone else’s convenience and these guys are pleasant although tired. Ciggies are the best price around.

I asked my partner to come here to get me my favourite American drink. This was at 11.40pm and the store says it shuts at 12am. I could overhear the young shop Attendant yelling at him to buy his stuff quickly or leave. When my partner said don't worry I'll be out of here by COB midnight he snapped and said "no bro buy it now come on bro". I could hear he was very agitated, I didn't get my favourite drink and it was a very stressful experience for everyone. He seemed to be having a very bad day. Giving it was the season of Diwali our family has been focusing on experiences that bring joy prosperity and hope. This was a small setback in our week. Based on the reviews at this store I hope all the staff who seem to feel much stress can experience joy and happiness in the future!

If i could i would have taken a star rather than giving 1 star. Very rude behaviour and bad customer service. Here's the message for the guy who worked on 22 Oct closing time, " Dude if you dont like your job then just quit and if you want to work then feel your responsibility and try to be more polite, it would be nice if you quit."

Prices are stupid just go to Woolworths around the corner.

Really bad experience. Both from the customer service point of view and the quality of things you can buy here.
The staff told me the minimum card transaction is $5. But there was no sign saying so. When I asked him about the proof, he was telling it is the rule set by the manager. Whaaat? Can anyone just make rules of their own?
So, I was forced to buy something worth $5.
The things I bought was past the Best Before date. Be aware of this place and try to avoid going there even if it is an emergency.

Will not recommende anyone to go there. The shop manager is really rude. He has no knowledge of customer service. If u argue with him he will directly ask u to get lost and I don't want customers like you. I wish I could give less than one star. He is really bad n while having whatever conversation he can b rude with anyone n ask to get out of store.
THIS HAPPEN IN HORNSBY STATION SHOP
Today on 12 th December at around 8 am I went der to buy cappuccino. I machine was not working properly for it n so I ask girl on counter politely. That girl was also nice on counter n she said sorry for that n said der is note on machine. I said sorry n told I did not noticed. I said it's ok I will buy another n pay for both. Then I movy towards machine and suddenly that rude manager interrupt n said there is note , y did you take it . I told I didn't noticed . I'll buy another n pay for both. He said very rudely that you have to pay anyway. I said yes n y u interrupting. N he said I am the manager n will tell you that. I told him no need to explain n m paying for both. N will definitely recommend friends not to go here coz u r very rude. He said get lost n I don't want customers like you. I said ' f off' n he also said f off' n get off from my store. I paid for my coffee n I left. This is really bad customers service. Even the girls on counter was definitely felt bad for me.
First of all customers service from manager shud not like this. Even if customer is wrong or right there r no rights to say get off from my shop. For all this things I was not at all rude. I said f off' coz he said get lost n all n m ready to apologise but this manager is really rude

The guy at counter always looking at the phone even when customer comes. Some stuffs very expensive. (5 pack ramen cost 3-4 Dollar at other places. One pack costs 2 Dollar here). Shop looks bit messy. The rip-opened can boxes everywhere. The price-tags doesnt have product names(hard to tell which stuff it is for).
