Spoke to Angus who was really nice and helpful. Went out of his way to help me with additional info on quadbike parts (which they don't even do). Will be getting a PW80 soon so I'm really glad to come across this team.

Walked in and served straight away. Huge selection of parts in stock. Bought a carburettor and it wasn’t assembled correctly as bike wouldn’t run. Pulled it apart and there was one of the jets sitting in the float bowl. Reassembled it correctly and bike runs great. Guess that’s what you get when you buy non genuine Yamaha parts.

Called early in the day, to see if the factory shop was open.
My call was diverted to the business owner's mobile phone.
He informed me no one would be at the factory until friday,
but someone was gonna be at the factory between 6:00-7:00pm.
I traveled 30 Kms, and got there at 6:10pm. No one there. I call, and the
owner says, someone will definitely be there at 7:00pm. So I wait until
7:10pm, and still no one. What a complete waste of time, the guy obviously doesn't know how to run a business. Don't be a fool like me,
and trust what this plonker says.
