Toilet is usually clean, today it wasn't.

There was urine all over the inside seat,

lid and over the floor towards doorway.

The coffee station and other areas were

clean.

I reached out to 7-Eleven customer service after a staff member yelled at my wife and my child due to a staff mistake - the staff overcharged her then got angry because his cash till would be out. Ranju from customer service responded quickly, confirming the issue was investigated and addressed with the store manager and staff. However, I didn't receive an apology for the incident, which was disappointing. It's good they're taking steps to improve, but acknowledging the mistake with an apology would have been appreciated.

Having a delivery truck park right in front of the parking bay area while customers are trying to park is unprofessional at least get the delivery drivers to park on the side so that the customers can get in and out.

I had a disappointing experience with 7-Eleven customer service today. I called the store at 1pm at kings park on Vardys road to inquire about the availability and pricing of E10 fuel. On both occasions, the sales assistants provided incorrect information. They blamed poor phone connections and stated they couldn’t hear me properly, which seemed like a convenient excuse. This miscommunication was frustrating and inconvenient, leaving me with incorrect information when I needed it the most. So of course when I got there, there was e10 fuel available.

Upon my arrival at the 7-Eleven store, I immediately informed the sales assistant that I had called earlier. To my surprise, he recognized the situation and explained that he had misunderstood my initial inquiry, thinking I was asking for fuel in a can. This misinterpretation of my question added to the confusion and frustration of the experience. In which I was asking if they had e10 fuel in stock as the one in Quakers hill had no e10 fuel.

It’s frustrating to hear that during the phone call, the sales assistant initially provided a price of $1.93 for the special unleaded fuel and later, upon your clarification, confirmed it was indeed $1.83. This inconsistency in their responses raises concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the information provided. And I’m surprised at this point the phone was working correctly cause the sales assistant could hear me clearly.

7-Eleven just needs to provide proper training. Ensuring that employees have a good understanding of the products and services they offer can significantly enhance the customer experience and prevent such frustrating incidents in the future. Clear and accurate communication is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction.

Overall I had a bad experience at that 7-eleven the sales assistant was wasn’t even sorry with his mistake and never apologised and his response was “whatever”
