Vogue have been extremely accommodating and had an amazing attention to detail throughout the entirety of the build. Brad the site supervisor had given correspondence and provided rectification for any of the issues or concerns I had throughout the process, his devotion to his work is incredible. All of the staff at Vogue both the admin team and on site take pride in providing you a smooth and enjoyable experience when building your home. From the selection phase right through to handover I had no complaints. Vogue homes, thankyou for making this journey I memorable one. Overall we are very happy with the build of our new home at Austral. We would like to thank in particular Nathan and Sue for all your help through the initial stages of the sales process to Adam Mules and Mitchell Skinner our site supervisors for keeping us informed throughout the build process and bringing the house all together to how it looks today. The entire admin staff at vogue homes were amazing and we would like to commend the efforts and hard work of Elly, Shelley, Tanya and Chloe and anyone else that was involved in making things happen quickly and efficiently. Although there are still some outstanding issues with regards to the house our site supervisor Mitch has been in contact with us to ensure that these would be actioned and fixed within a reasonable time frame, Mitchell has always available via phone and email to answer any questions we have had and has assured us that any outstanding works will be actioned by his team.

If anyone is looking to build look no further then Vogue homes, you will not be disappointed, they build beautiful homes and their entire staff are friendly, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile to make you feel good knowing that things will be actioned. After meeting with a few different builders, I decided to go with Vogue for my new build. Mainly because all the builders I approached could only offer their own designs that didn’t suit my block of land.
first point of contact, dealt with Nathan in Sales who was great and very approachable. We nutted out a custom design in under an hour that I was super happy with and they were able to accommodate within my budget.
Nathan was professional, helpful and was very responsive with updates. Planning stage to tender stage was a quick process considering all this occurred during Covid lockdown stage.
Elly was also a pleasure to deal with, didn’t have any issues at all during pre-construction with Vogue she is very responsive and helpful.
There were a few supply chain delays (due to covid) but my building Supervisor Benji went above and beyond during the whole build and was able to complete handover on the date expected.
As a first time builder this was all a new experience for me. Vogue made the process seamless and stress free. I could not be happier with the end result and quality of my home. Highly recommend!

According to our experiences from the beginning to the present, the Vogue home is built extremely well. All along the building process, Mr. Benji, the site supervisor, has been incredibly professional and helpful. It's a more comfortable journey because of his prompt response, weekly updates, and kind demeanour. We're waiting on the handover at the moment.Vogue home is highly recommended.

We built our long term family home with Vogue. They were honest with me from the start and transparent with their pricing. They were really flexible with our design choices and made it very easy for us to choose options and accommodated several variations.

So far my husband I are satisfied clients with the service that Vogue homes has given us. From the very start of our transaction they had been very accomodating to our requests and changes to the design of our chosen house. Transparent with the cost and inclusions. There were several changes that we made with the design (structural) and we had our façade customised to our personal preference/design. This is a big plus for us when we selected our builder because other builders doesn’t allow you to change their design structurally. It is what it is for them, i mean you have to deal with it even though you are frustrated of how it looks. But Vogue is different, they were welcoming, open and patient to any queries, changes and suggestions regarding the design of our house. We are transacting with Girgis Sirgyous and we couldn’t be happier of how he helped us achieve the design that we want but still working within our budget. Throughout the process, he assisted us, did not rush us and did not fail to ask us if we are happy with the design that we chose. As first home buyers, this house is special and even though it’s just in low-median range as to cost but we feel that Vogue treats this project as flagship. We are looking forward for Vogue homes to build our first family home here in Australia.

Vogue Homes delivered exceptional quality and value for money with the new home we built with them. This was our first brand new home and from the day one they guided us very well in all the stages. During the colour selection, appliance selection and electrical selection stages, they were very friendly and honest. All the pricings were transparent from the beginning and they provided quality selections as standard inclusions. Although we had couple of small issues, they fixed them within the maintenance period promptly.

Overall I was very happy with my build and I think I was realistic going into this project and aware that there would be issues that would arise throughout the course of the build, all of which were addressed. Would I build with Vogue Homes again? Yes.

Why did we choose Vogue Homes?
We chose Vogue Homes because of their size, quality and ability to customise the plans. We didn’t want to be a small fish with a large project builder and equally didn’t want to build with a small unknown builder that could fold overnight and never be able to claim on their insurance if need be. While there are some shortcomings with a small/medium size builder (town planning / deep knowledge of every Sydney council and their bureaucracies), I think this was outweighed by easily being able to contact someone if I needed to resolve an issue, get an update or just check in. I always felt like my business was valued.

Designing the plans
I loved that we had flexibility to work with the draftsperson to create our house. We took the ground floor and top floor of duplex plans they had and then vastly reworked the inertia. My only comment here is that it would have been beneficial to have a planning meeting with the draftsperson and sales to sketch out and ensure the costs aren’t getting carried away. Overall we were very happy with the amount of customization we were able to achieve.

Site Managers
Our site managers were great and were always contactable – or would return my calls within a reasonable timeframe. I have heard so many nightmare stories about site managers leaving and jobs getting put on hold. We had 3 different site managers (one was an interim existing employee), but our build was never impacted. Vogue obviously have good project management systems in place.

Timeframe
Our build was completed within 10 months from laying the slab, which was within the contract timeframe of 10-12 months.
We had delays with council approval and Vogue (as the project builder) manage the DA process, so I became involved to sort out some issues. There was some miscommunication from the case officer at the council, so its hard to know how this would have been dealt with by another builder (would depend on their in-house town planning experience, processes etc). At least we had constant contact with Vogue and I was able to deal with the council directly and resolved a storm water issue that was holding it up.
The 2 months we gained during building made up for time lost in the DA process, so it evened out in the end.

Selections
When looked through Vogue display homes compared to other ‘known’ project builders display homes we felt a big difference in quality and style.

I loved that when we were designing the kitchen and selecting tiles etc, that this was done through local suppliers who are family run businesses. The kitchen design process was a standout for me and Franco was very knowledgeable. It was also good to meet as his factory and see the process and how they custom build the cabinets. We didn’t get a tour, but we had a good sticky beak.

The only thing I wished I had upgraded was the paint. The standard is trade matt finish and it’s very hard to keep clean with 3 young kids. I wish I had paid closer attention and asked if I could upgrade to a wash n wear low sheen paint as we’ll have to repaint soon. For those with young kids I think the upgrade would be worth it.

Wrap up
We’ve been in our house for 18 months now and will happily recommend Vogue Homes.

When looking at engaging the services of any company it was really important for me to find someone I could trust and rely on, especially when it came to such a big investment of time and money.
Dealing with Vogue has been AMAZING!! Both Nathan & Girgis have been so flexible when it came to the Design and went over and above, communicating and keeping me informed throughout the whole process.
When choosing a builder I really wanted a company that would pride themselves on amazing Service and Quality finishes and they have not disappointed.

Vogue Homes built our duplex. It was a big and complicated job (at least for my wife and I) but Vogue Homes were very good at supporting us all the way along. We were very, very happy with the final result and the after sale service has been good too. I recommend them
