Didn’t have stock of the kettle BBQ I wanted, but desperately needed one just before New Years Eve. But Gabriel and the team helped me out by loaning their own kettle BBQ, cleaned and delivered to my front door, until my new BBQ arrived from the supplier.
They notified me that my new BBQ arrived today, so they arranged to come pick up the loan BBQ from my place and deliver the new BBQ out to me.
The guys at the BBQ store are amazing.. I have mentioned to anybody that wants to hear - please do yourself a favour and check out the BBQ Store for your BBQ-ing needs.
I will definitely be turning away from the big green buildings and heading straight to the guys at the BBQ Store for anything related.

I found it fairly easy to order. The item I ordered needed a bracket but I couldn't work how to order it. I received a phone call from the supplier asking if I wanted the bracket which was really good. The item arrived within 4-5 days.
