The best way to spend the morning. Had the “You Me and the Sea body boost” with Silvia and she was amazing!

Beautiful experience from start to end. From the front counter till the last-minute winding down by the lounge after the treatment. We had the 1.5hr couple stone chakra massages. It was a great way to spoil ourselves during our holiday at Cairns. We loved every minute of it, and in the end, they served us champagne, tea and chocolates. It was beautiful, peaceful and recharging. Thanks for having us. :)

Had a 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial today with Tamara and she was superb! Great service and calming energy as soon as you walk into the spa. Highly recommend, would definitely return. Thankyou Team keep it up 😊

Amazing therapists

Best massage that I can remember and I’ve had more than a few. Lee Anne is a deadset superstar. All staff, spa and service are top shelf.

I cannot rate this spa highly enough, I am a local to the area and have visited many day spas and this would have to have been in my top #3 experiences for a few different reasons.

#1 - There was AWFUL traffic in the morning due to unforeseen roadworks that left me more then 45minutes late for my appointment and the lovely lady at reception (I am terrible with names, sorry!) phoned around and reshuffled others appointments so that they could still fit me in

#2 - The masseuse (Jilna? Maybe? - Italian lady) was amazing. Her technique was incredible and I quickly floated off into heaven. She checked in with me about pressure a few times and had excellent room manner (no loud clunking around, excessive shuffling etc that could distract you from enjoying every moment).

#3 - The products! I'm not one who focuses on products too much but for the first time the day after my facial I noticed my skin was so much softer to the touch.

#4 - The small touches before and after, the robes, the chocolate, the tea, the blankets, the couches... All wrapped up the experience in a perfect ribbon!

I will be back.

I just had the MOST AMAZING FULL BODY MASSAGE! My masseuse was a 17 year old called Madi. She had the most calming aura & was an old Soul. I walked out of there floating😇🙏Xo

Was a very nice pampered date. We had a relaxing massage, amazing facial treatment which made our skins looked glowy and pores tightened. Nice champagnes and healthy nuts afterwards. There are good smell, sensual and calming massage oils to buy for home use and gifts.

Definitely a must when you want to treat yourself (or that special person in your life).,, the staff are friendly, the place spotless ... they listen to your needs... massage or facial it is a wonderful spoil session! Champagne at the end of our treatment was an extra bonus ...

Beautiful spa experience! The pregnancy massage was lovely I felt so relaxed! It was also super conveniently located in our resort. I would definitely go back again.

From the moment I waalked through the doors Sam was the most Beautiful and Kind person with an abilty to lift up the atmosphere and spread warmth to anyone who she meets.
The treatment and advise she dispensed was perfect and created the most memorable sensation and experience.
The Rejuvenating facial was Heavenly and the products were so Gorgeous as well as the Deep massage which helped to relieve all my tension and remove
some each e s and pains.
To finish off the glass of bubbles.. or herbal tea which ever you chose was sensational while sitting in the delightful and private lounge not to mention the lovely bathroom.
All together the half day w as an Incredible time in which I came away feeling so relaxed, pampered and spoilt.
I definitely give Sam and the Elem'e spa an 11 out of 10!!! I will be returning again..Soon.

Wow...What an experience! I couldn't thank Kelly and her team enough <3 I had the Madame Quartz facial, and loved every bit of it! I left feeling relaxed, plump and rejuvenated inside and out. Can not wait to be back!
