Pretty Valley Alpine Lodge

Absolutely love Lodge Life! Pretty Valley Lodge has it all. Welcoming, homely feel, three meals a day plus all day bakery.
Being able to have a spa and a swim after skiing to relax sore muscles is ideal. Choice of a Sauna or a Steam Room is another added bonus. If you have children, even little ones the staff will provide the evening meal and care for them while you relax. What more could you ask for! Oops, almost forgot to mention the Pretty Valley Team, nothing is too much trouble and the place runs like clockwork. Definitely going back!

Have returned 4 times over the past few years & never been disappointed - from the free transfers to the lodge from bus depot to the return - for the included ski hire to the fabulous food, the unsurpassed location right beside Haley’s Comet chair lift to the amenities with accommodation - we’d never go anywhere else! It’s cosy & comfortable with friendly staff. Thanks again for a great stay, snow was a bonus :)

My husband, 2 small children and I recently stayed at pretty valley lodge and all I can say is WOW.

We were greeted by Carol on reception who was so lovely and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We didn’t have to take any snow gear as it was all supplied by the lodge and Matt who was in the hire room was brilliant with the kids making sure they had the right equipment as it was the first time at the snow.

Meals were also catered for with the Owner visiting the guest of an evening (even having dinner with some of them) which I thought was so nice as you don’t see this very often.

Floor staff were so accommodating and polite especially Nathan who made sure we had enough clean towels etc for the children.

Would definitely recommend the lodge if you have small children as the cinema, pool and spa’s were an absolute hit with them.

Will definitely be heading back

Another stay at this little gem - took complete beginners this time and the proximity to lifts was the best. The staff are friendly, personable and accommodating. Ofcourse the food as always, was amazing. Outdoor spas and pool a brilliant stop post all day skiing Thank you all see you next season

With the COVID years now behind us, it was wonderful to return to Pretty Valley lodge with my family.

Barry, Carol, Rodney and crew have been busy during the forced break to make the lodge even more comfortable. The new steam room is a fantastic addition to the list of post skiing relaxation activities.

My wife sends a special shout-out to your pastry chef and the vanilla slice he makes for afternoon tea. She thinks it is unmatched on the deliciousness scale!

My only sadness stemmed from the lounge area's coffee machine being out of order. But fortunately there was a coffee shop next door to feed my addiction!

And finally, for those new to Falls Creek and wondering about the location, Pretty Valley has likely the best position within the village. The "all inclusive" accommodation package, including on-site ski fitting, makes getting the family onto the slopes with ease.

This place is good old fashioned value for money. Great staff (most of them are the same every year which really says something about the place), good food and generous amounts, and a really relaxed and friendly vibe. We have been coming for last 6 years and wouldn’t consider anywhere else at Falls. We always feel like we’re coming home. Thanks Barry, Rod, Carol and crew 😊

Pretty valley is the prefect location for lifts, transport and shopping.
They are a wonderful family friendly accomadation that have exceptional, food, customer service and facilities.
They have everything covered and both us and our kids have loved every minute of staying here.
Thank you to Barry and carol and we can not wait to return.

Accommodation, service, food, location & staff, all absolutely fantastic. Third time here and decided that this is the only place I will go from now on. Will totally be back in 2023.
If you're looking for a great place to stay that has fantastic food, wonderful staff and atmosphere, has all the ski gear in-house and is ski-in ski-out, you can't go past Pretty Valley.

Staff were courteous and accommodating. The supply of our skiing needs was superb.
The meals were delicious.
The bedding and heating was so cozy.
Barry, Rod, Carol and all the staff were so friendly and made us feel like we were at home.

Highly recommend this lovely place! Food was great & the location was perfect for us as first time skiers. The staff & service was second to none. Everyone knew our name and treated us like only patrons staying!

Amazing place to stay. Great food (breakfast lunch and dinner) and free ski hire for guests. We stayed in room 5 which has a TV and is nice and warm
