QT Falls Creek

Had all that we needed for our stay. Great beds and accommodation, clean and tidy. Great location for us for the Alpine Challenge, no driving to the start line or finish line and not too far to hobble! I would love to come back and stay again but this time not to do an event but to just chill out and see the sights a bit more and just have time to relax. I love that part of the world, I love the vistas, the air and the people.

Great hotel located in the heart of falls creek. Location is excellent, view is also great.
We went off season in summer but it was lovely anyway. Still pretty cold even in November.
If you are in the area go for a drive in the lake on the top of the hill. Totally worth it, so beautiful.

I loved the concept of having the spa outdoors in the cool climate. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with any issues we had. Any calls to reception were dealt with within a few minutes. Room was clean, well furnished and cosy. Will definitely be back in the winter!

Excellent location and breathtaking views from your room. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Super friendly staff. Special thanks to Denzil for over & above customer service and looking after us well during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, stunning views, all amenities close by or catered for in apartments. Modern, very clean, very friendly and accommodating (summer visits at least). Perfect for hiking, mountain biking, exploring in summer and skiing in winter. Fantastic to relax in Jacuzzis on balconies and sooth those tired muscles. With a glass of something.
DVD player under tv. Kitchen with 2 mini fridges. Quality.

QT Falls Creek were so empathetic and kind to me recently when I had to cancel an accommodation booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I never expected a hotel to show kindness and give me a refund but they did. Natasha Payne the duty manager showed great empathy and was so amazing to deal with. I have retained a small deposit to reschedule a future booking and am looking forward to finally getting there. I cannot say a bad word against them and I received 5 star treatment. I am telling everybody I can to go there and about my great experience with them. THANK YOU QT FALLS !!!!!

I have been visiting Falls Creek and staying at QT for approximately 8 or 9 years, both during and outside of Ski Season. This year I again visited with my partner for 4 days at the end of May/early June.

My trip was extra special as I planned to propose to my partner and in the lead up to this QT were extremely helpful and giving in their support - they made sure our room was toasty warm on arrival and had a beautiful view down the valley. One of the managers kindly gave me her mobile number to let her know when I was going out to make the proposal so that they could decorate our room and have champagne & cheese at the ready.

Every trip up is special but this one obviously more so. The rooms are always well equipped, have stunning views and offer all the mod-cons you could want. Especially nice is the 4 person spa on each balcony, which are quite invigorating in subzero temperatures.

I can't recommend QT enough as a place to stay, and a big thanks to Ang and the team for their help on this trip. Highly recommended to all.

Had a stay during Christmas back. Great location and hotel. Enjoyed the hot tub in balcony. Geordie had good customer service skill and looked after us very well.

Amazing place to stay. Great facilities (so clean and comfortable) literally on the ski run! Staff are friendly and helpful. Love staying here.... you make Falls that little bit nicer..... falls is pretty spectacular already!

The rooms here are clean, modern and even include a spa on the balcony! QT is located on the main road coming into the resort, this makes for an easy find and convenient location to get to restaurants like stingray for yum breakfast and the last hoot for some good pizza! (Located just behind QT). We took in some hiking trails recommended by the resort and took a scenic drive around Rocky Valley Lake. We will be back :)

We have been 3 times now and just love it! The convenient location, beautiful view, well-appointed rooms, awesome buffet brekky and fabulous service are all worth coming back for. We can't imagine staying anywhere else!

We arrived to a hot tub ready for us to jump in, fantastic service great view and prime location. The room was modern and super toasty; just what you need after a day in the snow.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. I really loved the rooms and the decor. Bazaar is great for dinner and the Kranksy Stand became my best friend every day at lunch. Love it.

Really happy we stayed here. Accommodation was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. Would love to stay here again in the winter, but even for summer riding it's great.

Have stayed here now 4 times. Love the location close to everything. The breakfast has improved from previous years, and the Christmas in July experience was great.

Location is excellent. Just next to the ski lifts. Very clean and modern with all necessities. Has access to sauna, steamroom and small pool.

Bazaar is the place to go for a big breakfast to start your day! Everything you can imagine is available at their buffet including an omelette bar, fresh fruit and pastries 😊

Great staff espcially the restaurant team. Coffee dude was awesome. Have a great season team. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Great location in falls creek, right next to lifts. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to QT now for about 6 years in both the on and off ski seasons. It is always a pleasure to stay here with the rooms modern, warm and looking out over amazing views
