Top Juice Macquarie (Food Court)

I have visited this locale many times before, and I have noticed a consistent effort made in maintaining the high standards made by the flawless customer service and quality of food/drinks. As a result I am confident in giving this result. However, I have noticed that there is often a large variation between this location and many others across Sydney. For example, the kiosk that is located nearby this Top Juice features workers who are evidently not motivated and unable to work hours where they can keep a customer service-appropriate attitude. I believe that this problem should be addressed in stores across NSW.

Lets discuss the food and drink. Top Juice is renowned for the fresheners of each drink, orders are prepared in front of the customer using fresh fruits and vegetables. This allows for a highly pristine reputation made clear to new visitors. Furthermore, I recommend the Palm smoothie, it is a perfect wake-up drink that awakens you with tropical flavours and a rich creamy consistency to fill the stomach. The chocolate-coated strawberries are a must-have due to their novelty-like nature, perfect for children. The salsas that are available are always delicious and healthy, although having little flavour variation, are perfect for workers, university students etc.

Overall, this locale and most Top Juices are able to uphold this reputation, which allow for a consistent experience available across the CBD, and inner-west.

Went there on Saturday .. seems like a bit of a long wait on the rush hour but I got the drink faster than expected !!! 😃
I ordered Slim grin and celery juice which taste surprisingly good. Will be back again

I always go here to buy mix berries yoghurt and They increased the price lately.
The staff there is very helpful and friendly, always serve big amount of yogurt (full to the top) which is good

3.7 - Have had juices here a few times - it's not bad. They give you a numbered ticket and you wait to get your order. (I think it's unnecesary but perhaps it gets unmanagable in busy periods?). They need to change the lid to one that doesn't encourage mess when the straw goes in. Love that there's a few interesting salads like Quinoa and Kale.

I had the Shake 1 today. Service was alright, I would prefer if the Shake was a bit less foamy. Otherwise, it's good

So today I bought my Kale salad, lady was a bit of a scrooge. Although I have to say though most time I go there the regular workers are fantastic, they fill my medium cup of salad to the top and pack it in, today I got a piece meal amount and when asked to fill it more with some of the feta topping the server I have not seen before stated she already did at the bottom true, but I asked for more salad. Reluctantly she added a smidge more and then capped and asked for her $7.90. When got back the office there wasn't much in the cup as usual. Definitely NOT worth the amount with what she put in the cup and I was not impressed she as shaking her head at the cash register because I wanted the cup filled. Look this is not a regular occurrence, first time I have had little value for what I received. The other workers are great its a shame I did not get serviced by the regular servers. Disappointed but will go back but will not be served by the same person. There should be a standardized fill, Soul Origin really pack their containers well and they use to do it here at Top Juice too.

Pretty good freshly squeezed juices, but it is pretty expensive. It’s quite handily located in the food court so you can grab a reasonably healthy drink with some food

I tried their smoothies two times but both of them were tasteless. Today I tried cocobana which has only one fruit any way and they put only half of small size banana and the only thing I tasted is strong cocoa powder. I rated two star is because they refunded me without making extra effort to rectify really!
Feedback wise, you better train your staffs properly to do your beverages that you offer because I tried Top Juice somewehere else, taste was totally differrent!

I ordered here one time and I think the worker was rushing but I ordered a bluebana and it was clearly poorly made with its texture as it was predominantly milk and just a hint of blueberry flavour

The juice is ok but the service is poor. The staff is busy cleaning the floor instead of making my juice.

I bought chocolate mix berries and took it home to have it and I took a bite to find the inside of raspberry moldy🤢 staff was rude too. Never coming back again.
