The fried chicken is excellent. Fresh and taste like heaven. I went for the original flavour as this is my favourite.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Chloe was very friendly and knowledgeable. She spent the time explaining the menu to me as I was unsure what many things were.

There are disposable gloves to use while eat and complementary table water.

The only questionable thing were the stained and dirty cups for table water.

Good variety and flavours of fried chicken to choose from.

The shop is located on level 3 - next to Bondi Pizza and the good thing is that the shop is open until 8:30ish in the evening on most days when you have limited take away options at Macquarie Centre.

Generally I have found staff to be friendly and agile.

I find the Macquarie outlet to be very cozy. The sitting area though small but very cutely presented with fake plants and mirror. Quite extended operational hours. Nice and friendly staff. Very clean. Has high chair option. Varied menu and cold drinks available. We order almost every Friday night. We love it. Highly recommended ❤

i ordered a boneless original chicken and 2 box of cheese sticks ( we got 6 sticks in total). the chicken was rlly good and i love the cheese sticks. but pls give more dipping sauce and the pickle radish. otherwise it was good.

We got two kind of chicken and mega chips it was sooo worth the price. We ordered a mega bowl of chicken with normal and spicy chicken it had over 50 pieces of chicken with no bones and two mega chip baskets and a family size coke it was so worth it and the total came our to 50 dollars. I seriously recommend coming here.

Not that special, yet good enough to satisfy your craving of fried chicken.
A lot of choices for the seasoning. If you prefer the original, you can choose without additional sesasoning.
If you like spicy food, a lot of spicy seasoning choices too.
You should try.

Went there at about 3pm so it was relatively quiet. Ordered Snowing Cheese 6 pieces and was worth buying it. So crunchy and tasty!!
Had a mixed soft serve afterwards because I couldn't decide which flavour I wanted. I have to say the icecream was a bit watery but worth giving it a go. Its so nice.
I look forward to visiting them again next time

Yummy Korean fried chicken with lots of variety of flavours! My favourite is the snowing cheese flavour. Service is great and fast. Lots of Korean styled items, such as tornado potato and soft serves.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but it's a fast food restraunt. You're going to get some bad meals. My personal meal was hot, tasty, and quite nice and quick. I had the chicken and waffles and everyone else shared a chicken platter. All food was great. I recommend coming for lunch. Another thing was that unlike KFC, it didn't make me leave with a greasy feeling. 5/5.

Always good. For spice reference if anyone wonder, nandos mil is their hot :) so dont worry, enjoy the spicy chicken!

The flavoured chicken wings (never oily) are delicious every time I order them. Highly recommend the chilli snow cheese flavour if you like a bit of a kick.

I had the "Snowing Cheese" Boneless Chicken, and Sweet Potato Fries as a side. The food looked so delicious, I forgot to take photos first. I decided to eat-in, and got a table next to the escalators. I like that gloves are given, even for the boneless option. Additional cutlery would've been good for the salad and radish. Perhaps I could've just asked.

The chicken was crispy and great. Comparable to many other Korean fried chicken restaurants I've tried; crunchy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. The Snow Cheese seasoning was a bit too sweet for my taste though. Value-wise, the serving size was big enough to justify the price. Again, comparable to other restaurants.

Will definitely have to return to try the other flavours.

Would have lost one star for the service, unfortunately. The employees were undoubtedly very tired since the Centre had an unusually high number of people today, so I'll give 5 stars for now. If I get the same low level of service the next time I eat there, I'll revise down my rating.

The food is up to the standard. Simple choices and fun products. The staff are friendly. The shop is a bit too small for dine in. Great for takeaway and enjoy with some cold beer at home as late night snack.
