Osenia Blue Boutique Retreat is a cozy holiday home designed by the owner couple Lea & Narayana, It is such a beautiful, comfort. It made you feel like at home!
A three bedroom holiday home, beautiful interior designed, with gourmet kitchen, very comfy bed, a large well lit entertaining deck with BBQ surrounded by great green landscapes.
Great location, perfectly private with a lovely oval shape swimming pool. Three minutes walk to local café & breaky, Five minutes to front beach, pub, ferry, jetty, shops, supper market, cinema, and a short drive to Peninsula Hot Springs.
We would strongly recommend to who intends to have a short break in Rye should stay in Osenia Blue Boutique Retreat, guarantee that you will love it and definitely you will come back again!

Wow, what a nice house. Perfectly kept and maintained, clean, on par with a 5 star hotel with your own personal pool! Really enjoyed our stay, even though it rained all weekend and was cold (I still went into the pool, I'm tough like that 😌, the Doctor's said I only had mild hypothermia probably...) The kitchen even had a fondue set (if only we knew, we would have bought our best cheese), but strangely no microwave 🤔. Overall a great experience 👍👍👍

Had a beautiful stay at Osenia Blue in December. The house was cozy and very clean along with the pool which was great on the hot days. The owner was very accomodating and available at any time, and made our welcome with wine and chocolates. overall the house was a great find and price and we will definitely be coming back!

Stayed hear over New Years and what an incredible time it was! An excellent retreat from the chaos of everyday life. The property was clean inside an out and the manager was incredibly welcoming. Only a short walk to the Main Street of Rye and the nearby beach (pier included) were great. Thouroghly enjoyed my time hear would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Wow! I had the most relaxing time at this wonderful place. The owner has created a perfect getaway, taking note of the smallest details so we can get the most out of the stay. I have stayed at Osenia Blue a number of times, I enjoyed every minute of the days I spent there the beach is pretty close so me and my friends could walk down to get some time away and give the parents sometime alone. All in all Osenia Blue is a beautiful destination a place to relax and unwind and escape the constraints of social media.

A beautiful and very relaxing place to stay. Lovely home. Stunning pool. Everything you need for a great stay in Rye. Also love the fact that the street is quiet amongst the busyness of many parts of Rye.

very pedantic and there was nothing I could fault or stress over. this owner goes above and beyond. treats when you arrive, pantry foods provided etc etc. a seriously good BNB. well done Lea Rose. our go to house forever now in Rye.

Wonderfully modern well appointed accomodation with pool and deck space in quiet peaceful street just a 15 minute walk to Rye beach. Thoroughly recommended!

I absolutely loved this place. There were little goodies to greet us on arrival and it was clean and very very private. I would easily go again. Highly recommended.

Honestly an amazing place, far enough away from town that you're away from the busy tourist bustle, but still within walking distance of the beach. I will definitely stay again.
