Friendly staff, eager to help, lots of phone calls re progress of purchase. My zero-turn delivered in timely manner, the guy (noting my inexperience) patiently explained how to use it. Couple of days later had a phone call from them explaining a replacement seat was coming for the slight tear they had noted in pre-delivery service - I probably wouldn't have noticed it as it was small and in the back of the seat. So far nothing but a positive experience.

Guy was rude to me and discovered they were over priced and wouldn't negotiate was told if I don't like the price then tough!!! Don't recommend
