Mike did a epic job of dyno tuning our 2013 troopy, he spent a extra hour or 2 on it than expected to make sure the tune was spot on, drives like a whole new truck now, a solid 45rwkw gain with a nice clean tune that doesn't blow a cloud of smoke & so far economy looks like it's improved a fair bit too.

Don't expect any customer service if/when you have issues after your visit here. Mike is extremely rude, aggressive and immature by nature, he will hang up on you if you try and raise any issues/concerns, that was my experience.
I had these guys install a Rhino bar on my 2021 200 Series and have had nothing but problems with it and their workmanship. No pride taken in their work.
- Paint colour was way off, I paid for my bar to be colour matched and provided the colour code. The end result was two different colours.
- They do not touch up any drilled holes in the bar, when checking my loose lightbar that they fitted, I noticed rust 3 weeks after install.
- They wired up the winch incorrectly and it didn't work when I received the car, I had to rewire it.
- After picking up the car I could hear/feel a flapping sound under the car, turns out they didn't install the rhino bashplate correctly and left half of it unsecured.
- My headlight trims were rattling after pickup, found that they broke/lost a few trim clips.
- I requested my parts to be returned upon pickup to be put away for my safe keeping, they didn't return everything and threw most of it in the bin.
- My bar alignment is off and rubbing hard up against my headlights.
After various attempts to discuss these issues over the phone with Mike, it is clear it cannot be resolved with them as they continue to hang up on me. Mike's behavior can be likened to that of their mascot, an aggressive bully.
I have raised the complaint with NSW Fair Trading in an effort to have these issues resolved.
After speaking to other installers and previous customers of theirs, I've found i'm not alone and others have also had similar experiences with Mike, Gorilla Offroad, it seems they are known as being rough, arrogant and difficult to work with.
I will gladly share my experience with anyone if you have questions.
You can search Instagram, Facebook and Youtube for further updates on this review, I will post on all social media channels available to me to help inform others.

Quality of work is pathetic. Had a Rhino bar installed. Paint colour completely off. Rust appearing all over bar. Cars never been taken off road and his blaming it all on salt water that I don't live near at all. Not willing to help at all. Found bolts loose and about to fall out. Mike is one of the rudest operators I've ever met.
