Best way to get to and from Falls Creek!
All the drivers we had were super friendly and kind. The busses were clean and well looked after.
The waiting area in Mt. Beauty is very nice too. Warm, plenty of seats, cafe next door, and bathrooms - what else could you ask for!

Top tier service. Somehow the receptionist knew my name before I even said anything!!

They will also call you to make sure you're ok before they leave. Only knew this because the bus driver had somehow missed my name on his checklist and I received a call from the reception!!

Parking is super cheap and easy compared to the mountain, plenty of space.

Really a no brainer to use the coach service unless you've got a 4wd filled with mates and confident to drive the mountain terrain.

A good option if you don’t want to drive all the way to Falls Creek!

The driver Mark is very friendly and informative. The bus ride to falls creek did not feel like 6 hours at all with the well-timed stops along the way. The seats were comfortable and soft, but did not recline very far back.

What a great Bus company and the drivers are absolutely first class thanks to Col and Dave. These guys are a major asset to the this company and would recommend using this company for any event. Really enjoyed catching the bus with our driver Noel. Takes longer than driving a car but the ride was much smoother and felt less windy. It was nice to be able to just sit back and relax after a day of boarding.

Went from Melbourne to Falls Creek. The bus stopped along the way for toilet breaks and food, with the driver being happy and more then willing to help people. I accidentally left something on the bus and one of their staff helped me through email/phone and got it sent up on the next available bus. Amazing service.

A trouble-free way to get up the mountain to Falls Creek. I picked up the bus at Albury railway station with a handful of others. The bus picked up loads more people at Mt Beauty. I usually drive to Falls Creek and this was a relaxing alternative.

Awesome service! Helen is a boss lady, was able to look after me when I missed my coach due to flight delays. Drivers are always very pleasant!
