Kiewa Valley Snowsports

Big shout out to Simon and his team for fitting me up with the ski~mojo knee support system. After being fitted up last August, I was able to get back on the slopes again. Although the days were shorter, it was better than not at all.
I can now say that without the ski~mojo support my trip to Hakuba last week would not have been possible as a skier. In context, one knee is bone on bone.

Simon went absolutely above and beyond to pull me out of a pickle whilst rushing through to the Bogong Rover Chalet. New bindings, at a good price, mounted by the man himself during the rental rush (unheard of in most ski shops, and I’ve worked at a few).

Genuinely made my week!

My first snowboarding with Falls Creek has been ruined by 5th lockdown of Victoria 😞.

However, me and my friends have had a nice experience with KVS for getting appropriate gears and advice 😊.

We definitely would like to come back to KVS, not only as there are customer centred service and professionalism but also for supporting the amazing-serice ski shop that put customers as priority during this hard time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Sorry about not making up the whole reservation, but we will be back in some stage after lockdown.

Simon really knows his stuff... fantastic service from him going into detail about each product and why it will benefit you. Hands-down the best ski shop in Mount Beauty, Myrtleford and on the mountain... Excellent selection of high quality skis, boards and clothing.. Open long hours too.

Great place to go if you need some top notch equipment before hitting the slopes. Bought a pair of Clew bindings to replace my damaged Union bindings, the owner is knowledgeable about their products, and also very easy to talk to. I even got the old bindings repaired with some Union parts found in their workshop, which I certainly didn’t expect. Anyone who needs a quick fix on the equipment should definitely visit the store.

Went to Falls Creek on the weekend and stopped by Kiewa Valley shop. What an awesome experience. Simon and his family really took the time to get the right gear for us and were so helpful! Great service, great pricing. Can highly recommend this family business. The gear is top notch and you can clearly see he that they know their trade. One of our snowboard boots was a bit uncomfortable after the first day and he just gave me another one which was perfect! Will come again on our next trip!

Hands down the best service my skis have ever had. After leaving my skis out in the weather since last season, they were completely rusted out. A few hours was all Kiewa Valley snowsports needed to bring my skis back to better than new! Excellent customer service and a beautiful family business - highly recommend!

Super friendly and helpful staff! Since I’ve never been snowboarding before, they took the time to give lots of helpful tips which really helped me on the slopes. The shop is fantastic with lots of great gear to either rent or buy, and a welcoming environment.
Will definitely be coming back next year and can’t recommend it enough!

After leaving my skis outside for a whole year they were left looking like they were ready for the bin, honestly I thought they were irreparable, the team at Kiewa Valley Snowsports worked there magic and had them looking and riding better then new! The value for money for the work done on my skis was second to none. From now on this will be the only place I get my skis tuned…

These guys are a must stop destination every year on our way up the mountain. They are so helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and represent only high quality brands. Simons ability to source rare skis is second to none in the industry.

Fantastic service. The guys here sorted out all of my family's skis and boots, adjusted them properly and provided excellent advice. They really made a potentially stressful situation completely disappear and allowed us to continue on up the hill within minutes. No fuss. Really engaging group of people - really appreciate it.

Good quality gear for really reasonable prices. I haven’t had a lot of experience in the snow but the staff were all so helpful and kind and I was super happy with everything I got. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to rent or buy some new gear.

Great service from a small family, we had a very nice experience for hiring all of ski gear in here with the low price.

We got really good hire skis and snowboards at a great rate. Really helpful and friendly staff that gave great advice. We needed new gloves and they had a fantastic range to choose from.

Visited the store earlier in the week to have my skis adjusted, staff were very happy to help and quickly adjusted the DIN as requested. I also purchased some wax and was given a good deal of advice on better procedure of waxing my skis. I have visited KVS many times over the past few years and have always received excellent service and advice from staff that are always more than happy to assist

Been hiring all my ski equipment and chains from Kiewa Valley Sports for many years . The equipment is always in excellent condition and either Simon , Wendy or Brendon ensure that the fittings are set to my ability as well as comfort. Hire prices are very competitive, combine that with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, you could not wish for a better place to hire. Highly recommend.
