Kiewa Country Cottages

Great location. The cottage had thoughtful touches in the design/decoration and comfy furniture made it feel cozy. There were homemade cookies waiting for us in the cottage when we arrived! The Kiewa Cottage Easter bunny left us some treats on Easter Sunday. So many thoughtful little touches make it such a great place to stay.

The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Jenny and Andy were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate that it is a 'guest only' property, it made for a quiet and peaceful getaway. We will definitely come back.

A beautiful place to stay. Perfectly updated cottages with everything you need for a week away. The grounds, including swimming pool and creek, are always superbly maintained and full of personal little touches. We come each year and love our time here. Thanks for having us again Jenny and Andy!

We had a great stay on our mega weekend of cycling. The rooms were very clean and homely. It was blissfully quiet.

If you are heading up for a weekend of cycling with some friends this is a great option!

What a beautiful place to stay! Have stayed here a few times and what an amazing spot. The cottage was super clean, and had everything you need in it for a weekend away! Loved the extra little pieces in the place too, like the homemade cookies! So close to the main street of mt beauty. Lots of local recommendations on walks ect and things to do! Jenny and Andy have provided such a welcoming, beautiful accommodation. Would stay again in a heart beat !

2024 Easter family holiday: we had such a wonderful time at Kiewa Country Cottages during our 2022 Christmas stay! Especially our kids; they couldn’t stop talking about it. So here we are; we have decided to stay there again during this Easter break. All of us enjoyed every moment of this beautiful place! Thank you Jenny! You’re so welcoming and caring! As always, we have had another unforgettable stay!

We have celebrated the past Christmas at Kiewa Country Cottage. Honestly I don’t even know where to begin! It was just magnificent and unforgettable! Jenny, our host, has been truly amazing! She’s so friendly, kind and thoughtful. The whole family is lovely and welcoming! All the little details warmed our hearts and made our holiday a very special one in many ways! Our cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We felt so much like home! The property is absolutely beautiful, full of little surprises, including an interesting tree swing (which our kids loved it), a fairy tree with lights and many more! We stayed at quite a few places in the past; this one definitely stands out and all of us had a ball! The kids adored our host Jenny who would go above and beyond to make sure all her guests were well looked after on their stunning property! Oh did I mention the heated pool? Those fun games? Netflix? Hand baked cookies? You see, not only I didn’t know where to begin; but also I don’t know where to stop! Why don’t you come and experience all I have mentioned?! Did I not mention “fair priced” and “easy location”?! Thank you Jenny and family! We had the best time! The Chandra family 😊🍀

We stayed at Kiewa Cottages in November for the Bright Rod Run. Location was beautiful. Property in a great spot.
Room was very clean. Jenny was lovely to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

The two days I spent here with my mum and dad were outstanding! There is a wonderful view of the mountains, and the creek just in front of the cottages was stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the nest swing just beside the creek and listening to the water running. The walk along the creek was very enjoyable there was a tiny fairy garden and a table to sit at just beside the creek. I very much enjoyed walking around and finding the small ornaments of birds and other cute little decorations! There were many kookaburras living in the trees just outside the cottages, and are not hard to spot. Not to mention the cottages itself with generous heating functions like a heater, electric blanket and heated flooring, perfect to keep away the winter chill! There were delicious homemade cookies provided as well by the very friendly host, Jenny. She provided amazing service and was very welcoming and kind. It’s also a great base location if you intend to go up to Falls Creek. I highly recommend Kiewa Cottages!

We have stayed several times at Kiewa Country Cottages and I have to say every time it has been perfect. The warm & personal welcome you get from host Jenny on arrival sets the scene for a wonderful relaxing stay. The cottages are spotlessly clean & we love all the little extras provided, especially the cookies & welcome card & the thoughtful additions that make it feel like ‘home’.
The gardens, creek, pool, fire pit & BBQ are beautiful & quiet made all the better by them being for guests only.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough & we can’t wait for our next holiday.

Gorgeous location, kind manager and comfortable cottages. I have stayed at Kiewa Country Cottages a number of times and whenever family are in the area I insist they stay here too! Most notably the cottages are clean, with little personal touches that show a level of care that is rare these days. The grounds are stunning and I love the new outdoor additions. To be surrounded by trees, close to the stream; it simply is the perfect place to stay in the valley. I'll be back!

My mother, daughter and I stayed here for a week in August last year. Our first time to the Victorian high country region. Our host Jenny was the most wonderful and helpful host, so friendly!
The cabins are just so lovely, clean, relaxing, well equipped, and so warm! Don’t worry about getting cold.
The property is so beautiful with a beautiful creek running through it, I enjoyed walks through there every day. Mt Beauty is lovely and picturesque and close to Falls Creek.
Jenny knows EVERYTHING about the area and is so helpful if you need any information. I love the Kiewa Valley. When I come back again, I’m staying here!

Genuinely the most lovely experience staying a full week at Kiewa Country Cottages with Jenny and the team.

Not only a gorgeous location with the mountain and creek surrounds, but an easy stroll into town and not far from the action of the river on a warm summer's day.

The staff make a genuine effort to make sure it feels like home when you are there. Jenny will even map out mountain tracks and secret swimming spots so you feel like a real local!

It’s such a beautiful place to stay.
The heated flooring in the cottage is a life changer, didn’t even need to wear slippers!
The atmosphere is beautiful with all the birds chirping away looking at the amazing views and mountains.

Our family had a very comfortable 2 night stay in these beautiful, well equipped cottages. Jenny was so welcoming and warm and literally everything is well thought out from the heated floors, plenty of hot water, almost every utensil you'd need to cook a meal to a game of Scrabble. Roam around the property and you'll find the most charming little things like a fairy garden, bird and animal ornaments, a nest swing and a stream perfect for getting back in touch with nature. Food Works and a pharmacy is only a 3 minute drive. Oh and the wonderful sound of kookaburras and magpies in the morning. Kiewa Cottages was everything we expected and more. We highly recommend this little gem.

If you’re looking for somewhere to relax in beautiful natural surroundings in Victoria’s High Country look no further than Kiewa Country Cottages. We’ve just spent 4 days staying in the 2 bedroom cottage looking out from the deck across the tree tops. The cottages are very well equipped with everything you need and the interiors are beautifully furnished to create a comfortable and inviting home away from home. There is a heated pool set amongst the gum trees and BBQ with fire pit for evenings relaxing with friends.
Jenny was the perfect host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This part of Victoria is unbeatable and we’ll certainly be back to stay at Kiewa Country Cottages again.

Mount Beauty feels like our home away from home and Kiewa Country Cottages is part of the reason. We have stayed at Kiewa Country Cottages for a number of years. Since taking over the property, Jenny and Andy have made significant renovations which has only enhanced our stay even more. We enjoyed 6 nights in the one bedroom cottage in the height of Autumn, watching the colours change almost daily. We have also enjoyed family stays in the two bedroom cottages. The view from our deck across to Mt Bogong is spectacular any time, however this time, covered in snow - a dream! It's an easy walk into town, for a meal or a coffee. There are many lovely, easy walks around Mount Beauty to take in the fresh air and nature, and the stars at night, amazing! Another beautiful stay, see you next year.

My family and I had the most amazing stay at the cottages at short notice and Jenny was able to accommodate us with a superb cottage with every detail taken care of. The beds were very comfortable, the heated floor kept the cottage toasty warm, and the cottage provided the privacy and seclusion that made for an enjoyable stay. The grounds and gardens are immaculate and full of beautiful garden ornaments that are worth exploring for. We had easy access to Foodworks in Mount Beauty and the West Kiewa Gorge Walk. Jenny provided excellent advice about what we could do during our stay, including letting us know about the Bright growers markets, which we went too. Many of the features in the cottage were what we have experienced in 5 star hotels and resorts. We highly recommend staying here (its a hidden gem) and we will definitely be returning.

We had an incredible stay at this charming country cottage! The location is stunning and the cottage itself is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you need.

What really made my stay special was the outstanding hospitality provided by the staff particularly as we were travelling for a funeral. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the delicious homemade biscuits to their thoughtful attention to detail, they truly exceeded our expectations.

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. The staff's 10/10 service and the beautiful surroundings make for an unforgettable experience.

It was absolutely beautiful! We had such a wonderful time at the cottages. Jenny was such a approachable and welcoming host. The cottage was well maintained, clean, and the view and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. I would recommend to come and stay here If you are staying in Mt Beauty. It's suitable for all ages. The highlight of the cottage was the river. Definitely a 10/10. Would definitely come here again
