I have been a customer of barone for very many year. The staff are always friendly and ready to assist to your every need. With such a wide variety of stock there is nothing I can’t get at the store. Recently I had my covid booster. I did not feel a thing. The pharmacist was amazing. Thanks barone Woodcroft ❤

I have been a loyal customer of Barone Pharmacy for over 20 years and there is no other place I would go for my medical needs. My husband has a complicated medical condition which took a long time to diagnose - the pharmacists are always friendly, caring, supportive & knowledgeable.

I have been lucky enough to be associated with Barone for the last few years - they have a true love of community and are always giving back. Just yesterday I reached out to them regarding someone who needed a little boost - they didn't think twice and immediately jumped into action which changed a life. I cannot thank Mario, Carlo and all the team at Barone Pharmacy Woodcroft enough. Many thanks to you all.

The team at Barone are what you would consider ‘amazing’. When they heard that a student of mine may be going to her formal without her hair or makeup being done, they jumped at the opportunity to help and support such a worthy young lady. The team were so supportive and at no point said that they were owed anything in return. It is so hard to find businesses that are happy to help those in need, but Barone Pharmacy Woodcroft is certainly one! Thanks guys :)

We have been going to Barone for over 7 years and our experience is always pleasant. The staff is very experienced and helpful. They have good understanding to provide honest solutions and competitive prices. The range of products is excellent as they stock variety of products. This place is always tidy with good presentation. I highly recommend this place.

I believe Barone Pharmacy to be very caring towards and about the customers. They are willing to help to in anyway possible and if they’re not sure air don’t know off the top of their head, they will do some research and get. back to you. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and very nice. If you need to talk about any health or medication problems, they are always willing to listen and help in any way they can.
If you’re feeling a little down, Dennis will tell you a joke or two to try and put a smile on your face. Only if it’s fir a few seconds or minutes. Anna, is one of best caring and friendly Pharmacist I have met. I highly recommend Barone Pharmacy at Woodcroft Village. You couldn’t ask for friendly and caring staff. And then there’s is Mario (the owner and boss), when he is there, he will also listen to you and take on board what you have to say and answer any questions. The Pharmacists and staff are Barone Pharmacy are there to help you in anyway they can. I give them 10 out 10. Keep up the wonderful job, guys.

Been coming here for years. Had my COVID booster and flu shots here. Extremely easy and very friendly staff. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I have been a long term Customer for many years. The Team at Barone are the most helpful in times of this Pandemic they have done well in keeping the store Covid free. Not sure why the negative comments. We customer's must learn to be patient.

I was impressed with the service and care the staff at Barone has showed me. They were also efficient and attentive to what I needed from the pharmacy.

I have been using Barone Pharmacy in Woodcroft for the last 25 years, over the years I have found them to be very professional, helpful and I would highly recommend them.

I normally don't write negative comment to a service provider. However my experience with the Barone Pharmacy in WoodCroft is very disappointing and irritating. First they don't even apologised if they make a mistake. This happen when i went to purchase some medication but they included a medication that i don't need at that time so i asked politely the staff to remove the medication from the purchase. Unfortunately the staff who served me did not advise the pharmacy system of this changes. So when i came back later after a week to purchase this particular medication the pharmacist told me she could not issue the medication as ive already been issued this medication just barely a week. Politely i told her that maybe she should check the system and the other staff about the unrecorded changes as it maybe related to the cancelled purchase. Instead of being considerate she said nah she could not issue me the medication as I've already has one so i should go home and look for the medication that i 'misplaced'. I was a bit annoyed but i kept my wit and remain polite not raising my voice. Went home found the empty box so i brought it back to the chemist shop, she had a look a she found out one of the staff made the mistake- Did she apologised no she did not still same arrogant person. Did the chemist who served me later on apologised - nope non of them - so I let it go and treat this 'as water under the bridge'. Now inconsiderate - i went to purchase another medication from the same chemist shop. The Pharmacist told me she could not issues another medication as there is new Government rule of Prescription limit. She told me the new rule came out in June barely two month after the GP made the script in April. The annoying part of this is they gave me my supposed to be final medication on Sept which mean the pharmacist knew about this when they issued the last medication. My medication is heavily controlled and it requires the Pharmacist to check their system to ensure that we all follow the rule. My medication is very important and i cannot afford to missed a dosages - I have Major Depressive disorder with psychosis and this pharmacist knew the risk. Did she apologised - Nope same all not an ounce of customer courtesy. I understand that dealing day to day with customer is not easy but once you realised you made a mistake a simple sorry or apology goes long way to reduce conflict stress. All this time i show courtesy and respect but is these staff of this Pharmacy show any - nope. In fairness there are some staff in fact two sales staff and male pharmacist is more considerate unfortunately they are not always there to serve, so most of the time its the arrogant and inconsiderate that you end up dealing with. I been with other Pharmacist and all of them show empathy to their customer unfortunately i cannot say the same with this Pharmacist shop which i think should be the case if your serving people with major illnesses. From this point in time I am moving to a new Pharmacist even if i have to drive a bit further. P.S I hoping i don't need to mark any star however the review site need at least one star.

Just as follow up in regards to this review - After i've submitted this review, the pharmacy contacted me to apologised for the previous negative experiences. I spoke to the Pharmacist about that negative experience and I would say he did listen with consideration and understanding. After that meeting the other Pharmacist called me back and apologise for that bad experience. So in fairness i would say that despite of that experience i would be happy to support their business again as they are willing to correct and amend those mistake. Im changing this review to five star for attending this issues accordingly.

Went to get my 3rd dose vaccine. I was taken care by Sulochna Rishi. I must say, she was very friendly and informative. If you ever want to get a jab without even feeling the needle, you should get it done from this wonderful lady. Thanks for the service Sulochna.
