great store in a very average centre BUT the staff are just lovely.... welcoming helpful friendly and will honestly make you feel at home Straight away..... i go to this store over any of the big stores cause they are just so lovely ;-) highly recommend this store to anyone in the area WELL DONE .

I love this place - a lot of the people that work there casually say "I have been here seven years" but can tell you exactly where the most obscure item is. The store might be old but it is always clean, well stocked and people are extremely polite.

Aldi might have prices 1% less but Aldi only gives you 6cm to pack your groceries - this Coles gives you polite staff, variety and a sense of care seriously lacking in this world!

This is my local and without doubt the best Coles in the state. The staff are super friendly ( seem slightly over worked though) and the do a great job at re-stacking the shelves. With Covid some items are not available but that's the way it is. 5 out of 5 for this one.

I called into Coles at woodcraft Village today to grab a couple of things. While waiting in line I was listening to the young man working the register next to where I was waiting interacting with the customers. I had to go and grab a couple of things I had forgotten so I lined up on his register. It was such a pleasure to be served by Blake. Nothing was to much trouble and he genuinely seemed to enjoy serving the people. He was also so polite and welcoming. If all staff were like him you would corner the market as he is the reason I would shop there again

It's great for me it's near my house but there is little stores in the little village where it is located got some good food stores chemist chicken place butcher good for me with prices is great

Tired but happy staff. Most items were available. Lots of specials in store. Nice experience.

The friendly helpful staff are why I drive past Woolworths half way along on my journey to Coles. Its worth travelling further to be greeted and served with genuine smiles from staff that are willing to do that little extra to help.

Bakery, fruit and deli departments usually well-stocked throughout the day. If its a busy day sometimes the BBQ chooks are in high demand. Good variety of grocery items; has more range than some of the other supermarkets nearby.
The most frustrating thing about this store is the layout of their milk and food fridges - they almost form a perimeter around the store, so if you want several different things, you have to walk from one end of the store to the other. But that's a small price to pay - service from the team at this store is always great.

Generally a good experience, however a better click and collect system should be put in place like Woolies which is electronic rather than hoping the click and collect person can hear the name being announced over the speaker system. Sometimes they dont and you are left waiting in centre with people who clearly dont understand how to social distance.

BEST bakery at any coles I've ever been too... hands down!! Fresh, tasty and long lasting... shelves are decent with stock... highly recommended. 💙 update Dec 2021:- this coles also has a click and collect direct to boot! So yeahhhh, makes it easier for us mums with lil ones in car seats as previously had to attend service desk to collect yr loot...🤪 ! 💙💙💙💜😉 ... update:- 18th May 22 ... They finally have a "I'm here" button on the app when yr click and collecting... haha.
