Used this service 5 times in 2 days and was extremely impressed by the prompt arrival and friendly and knowledgeable drivers.....best service in WA....

Always busy but as prompt as they could possibly be. I've used the service for many years and they're great people.

Both drivers were friendly locals who knew all about Albany. More tour guides than just drivers following a GPS.

My taxi driver was "Kenneth" A lovely gentleman and such a wonderful authentic conversation was had on my drive. Awesome service.

We've had the same driver twice and he's been really nice.

This taxi company is damn good they will help with anything they can and drop you off exactly where you need to be and if they're running a bit behind they will tell you honestly, so that you're not sitting waiting ages for a taxi instead of getting on with your day..

I was at Albany airport and didn’t pre-book a ride to our destination. I called other taxi services and they said it’s peak hour and all booked up. I called this one and they said they would try to help. Less than 5min later, they showed up and said they could take us now on their way to other booked jobs. I was so happy and the driver was friendly too.

I was running late, and called the taxi service later than i should have, i was flustered and rude to the base operator worried i was going to miss my bus. Ignoring that she was professional, recognized my circumstances and made sure a driver was on his way immediately. But because i called too late my bus had left already, but that didn't stop the driver (Eric), from pulling out his 2way radio and flagging the bus down for me. Perfect examples of both operator and driver going beyond what they needed to do to help me out. Thanks guys

I was in Albany for 3 days and used the city cabs many times. All of the drivers I met were polite, friendly and drove carefully. I also found the phone operators were polite and gave accurate waiting/collection times.

ACC have been an amazing taxi service for many years, they have gotten me to and from work many times, they get me to any appointments I have, they are always on time and friendly, taking time to help load and unload shopping, asking about my day. Albany city cabs is always my first choice for a taxi service in Albany.

During our four night stay over in Albany, we called a cab three nights from various restaurants. Great service & very friendly drivers.

The friendliest drivers and fiercely proud of their town, had a like drop me in town from the Ace and a lady drive me back and could not fault them, a lot of city drivers across Australia could take a leaf out of these peoples book
