I always love a browse through the Albany shops when I visit family, and my most recent visit to The Closet Shop was excellent - the new owner has introduced a greater selection of stylish pieces over my last couple of visits. Super helpful and friendly, and a relaxed space to spend some time adding to my wardrobe (which I always do!). Thanks!

Always love a visit to this beautiful little shop, I had a fabulous experience yesterday. Popped in looking for a top to wear with some pants ( also a closet shop purchase 😬) I was spoilt for choice and left with 3 👏👏👏

BEAUTIFUL shop with fantastic quality products and classy displays but sadly let down by very poor customer service. No greeting nor acknowledgement even though we were the only people in the store at the time and the lady seemed disinterested to say the least.

Ignored by staff...not greeted and aknowledged...such a shame for Albany...not a pleasant experience...dont waste your time or your money!!
