Really professional, friendly and efficient service from the moment you walk through in the door. Ordered two new pairs of glasses (slight change in my prescription) and was told they would be ready in around two weeks. 8 days later I got a message to say they were at the store for collection.

Easy appt making on line. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Quick appt. Excellent range and 10 turn around for new glasses 👓!!

Specsavers may market themselves as a cheaper alternative to a traditional optometrist but the service provided by the team at Bairnsdale is impeccable, especially Rebecca. Her level of service should be the benchmark everyone should aspire to.
Regardless of price I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly professional staff, a gorgeous array of frames all very reasonably pticed.

I had a great experience here. Had my yearly eye test and the optometrist, Stefan, was fabulous. Took time to explain everything and made some thoughtful recommendations for my eye allergies. 3 days later my eyes are feeling way better and I know they are in good health. Thanks guys.
