Panda Blairgowrie

This restaurant was absolutely amazing! The Fairy Godmother cocktail was delicious and the Affogato cocktail was the highlight of the night. We got the bucket prawns and Ribeye steak to share which was on the day’s special menu. Will definitely come back to try everything on the menu! Our waitress was also very lovely and made the experience delightful.

Came in here after a long day of driving ready for a hearty meal and this place didn't disappoint.

We ordered the crab spaghetti and the porterhouse. When the food came, the first thing that hit us was the smell. My god. Smelt like a piece of heaven with the olive oil and garlic, and the smokey charred smell from the steak.

The steak turned out slightly overcooked, and they instantly redid it complete with fresh fries, cooked to a perfect medium rate with an amazing sear.

We had a hens over the weekend, and part of our plans got canceled so and we ended up having a boozy brunch with around 30 people at panda. BUT we literally gave this place maybe 2 hours notice if they could accommodate us and went above and beyond knowing our situation and even called in another worker to cater to us. We had the best day ever and the customer service and food and drinks were great and we had such a ball and were so unbelievably greatful for panda.

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the energy and excitement in the air. The waiters and waitresses were all so friendly and welcoming, setting a fun and vibrant vibe for the entire evening.

What truly made this restaurant stand out was the exceptional service. The waitstaff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and always had a smile on their faces.

Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was also absolutely delicious. The menu had a variety of options and i highly recommend you come to Panda Blairgowrie.

The staff here are so lovely, personable and welcoming. They catered to my allergies really well and we felt well looked after. Bonus points for a great music playlist and cocktail presentation! A lovely find, highly recommend

One of the best dining experiences we have ever had with our beloved pooch next to us. The staff were amazing, food was spectacular and the atmosphere was spot on. I would give 10 stars if that was possible.

We had a bucket of beautifully fresh prawns for entree. The barramundi was perfectly cooked and the cookie dough pie incredible. Great wine and cocktail list, service impeccable and just fabby all round! I am usually a harsh critic but could not fault this restaurant. We will definitely be back and highly recommended. We booked our table for 10ppl at very last minute and it turned out great. It's a family business so can't go wrong with the food quality. Nothing to complain about. Thanks for the fantastic lunch ☺

Fantastic vibes and services! My partner and I got three blankets as we sit outside, which made us warm and it feels like home. Food are amazing, especially for the pork belly and rum salmon. Bread and dips are homemade and quite fresh, highly recommended as well.

Next time we will definitely try the beef burger since everyone ordered this dish and it smells wonderful.

Fantastic meal, the schnitzel was amazing and the steak 🥩 was fantastic and cooked to perfection. The staff also provided an excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The owner was friendly & accomodating! Food was amazing! We couldn’t decide whether it was nicer to sit in the snug inside by the fireplace or the beautiful outside. We chose outside as we had a puppy & we were given plenty of blankets to keep us warm.
Food was tasty and plated with pride!
It was a lovely cosy special feeling dining experience made so by the owner and young lady!
Will be taking friends there again!

Great food ,coffee and dessert with welcoming staff. Located in a prime location in Mornington Peninsula.
The food is fresh, delicious and well priced. I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had here. Staff are absolutely nice and welcoming. The caramelised popcorn with a rosemary touch was the cherry on top.
Definitely recommended.

Oh my goodness! Staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Food was magnificent. Music decent and not overpowering like many places these days. Thankyou for looking after the 5 of us. We had a great time and enjoyed the laughs! “Fresh”!!’ 😊👏🥂

This is the second time we have booked Panda for a ladies lunch and again it did not disappoint. We chose a 1.5hr lunch package with shared plates. We honestly felt like royalty the way we were spoilt with fabulous and plentiful food, drinks and the absolutely exceptional service from the staff. We will definitely be back.

This place is an absolute gem! We drove pass this small restaurant so many times and we finally decided to drop in and have a look. It was quite cold that day and since they didn't have any more seats inside we could only sit outside. We did not anticipate for the sudden cold change in the weather however the waitress was very kind and got us all blankets to cover ourselves with. She also set up an outdoor gas fire to keep us warm.

The food we ordered were very well thought out and well plated. The food was not only tasty but it was very pleasing to look at. We also decided to order dessert. We waited a long time for our dessert however it was well worth the wait. The creme brulee was delicious! The sugary caramel layer was placed delicately in the creme brulee and both elements complemented each other very well. I had never ever had a creme brulee that delicious. The manager was also very nice and apologised for the long wait for the dessert. But it was well worth the wait!

I dropped in here on the off-chance of grabbing a quick meal and I have to say I was thoroughly delighted by the quality and choices made in the menu. The staff were exceedingly lovely - a smile (even behind Covid masks!), plenty of friendly banter and excellent service.
I started with their creme brulee martini - a beautifully crafted cocktail and well balanced.
Their kingfish ceviche was absolute perfection - sharp, citrus-y and every element well-balanced. The grilled balmain bug salad was incredible - flavourful, well-cooked bugs with a nice light julienned salad.
Every mouthful of food and drink at Panda was a delight and I would very happily recommend them to anyone passing through Blairgowrie.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Panda Restaurant, and I must say that Lizzie, the hostess, is truly the hostess with the mostest! She took care of our party of 32 golfers with incredible efficiency and remembered every detail of our orders. Without a doubt, Lizzie is one of the best waitresses I have ever had the pleasure of being looked after by. On our last evening at the restaurant, Lizzie promised us a night we wouldn't forget, and she definitely delivered! We had an amazing time filled with laughter and enjoyment. Lizzie's vibrant energy had the entire place up and dancing, creating a fun and lively atmosphere.
Unfortunately, it was Lizzie's last night at the restaurant, which is a tremendous loss for the establishment. However, I have no doubt that this is just the beginning of an incredible journey for her. She has the potential to excel anywhere she goes. Good luck with your future endeavors, Lizzie! You have certainly made Panda a memorable experience for all of us.

Staff were so incredibly welcoming, by far the best service we’ve experienced on the peninsula over the years.
Crab pasta was delicious and the kids loved their meals.

The staff are great, the meals were all out at the perfect time and this casual relaxed atmosphere makes enjoying every mouthful an easy challenge.

For starters we had the Saganaki and also the Dahl with Roti. I enjoyed the Saganaki on par with Hellenic Republic and the Dahl would have been a strong contender against any Indian restaurant. I think that's what I enjoyed the most, different world flavours in the one meal.

For mains I tried the Panda burger while my wife had the King Prawn pasta. I really enjoyed the burger, way less messy than I expected the bun held up well and the patty was delicious, my only thought was I'd have preferred a garlic aoli mayo or something to match the glorious taste of the burger, a chipotle mayo would have enhanced the pickles. Anyway, the burger was worth it either way. My wife enjoyed the prawn pasta, but I'm not a seafood person, so can't review that.

All in all I'm looking forward to going again.

We had a lovely meal & drinks at Panda on a very busy Sat night. The service was great - attentive & friendly. Food & drinks delicious & very well priced.
Would definitely recommend.
