Best chemist I’ve been to. The staff is always ready to help, very friendly and they always think about what’s the best for the customers. Many times they recommend me the value for money option instead of the most expensive. The rewards system is also useful and although some discount chemist has cheaper price the rewards make up for it. I will definitely go here for good customer experience.

The Amcal team are always so caring and willing to discuss. It’s rarely busy when I’m in. Like their point system as well.

Had a vaccination completed here today was super clean, highly professional & the head Pharmacist was very helpful. Makes a big difference getting great service. Went to this pharmacy to get some stuff,,,was super glad to see a Muslim girl working there with a head scarf. As Moorooka has lots of Muslim community living over there,it was just so pleasing to see that pharmacy has hired one. I got an instant smile to see her and with a big Assalamoalaikum(Our greetings) and with her replying me back with such joy and happiness. Other staff is friendly as well. Loved it!!
Will always prefer to go there now.

I needed a rats test today and couldn't get a friend to drop it off so I rang up and Abbie said she would be kind enough to suit up and bring one out to the car for me. Luckily a friend did drop one off before I had to go out there but thank you for the above and beyond service all the same

Really quick and helpful service. The pharmacist patiently explained how to take my prescription and what to avoid while on the drugs. It's great to be treated well when you come along feeling unwell and sick.

I have been a long time customer. The service has always been excellent. The pharmacy always has plenty of staff, so it is very rare occasion that you wait to get served, a big reason that they are my preferred chemist.

Staff is polite and friendly. Can provide orders specially for customers. Piercing and vaccine is provided. In addition, blood pressure and weight can be checked for free.

Best local pharmacy on the southside of Brisbane. Polite, knowledgeable staff who are always helpful. I use other pharmacies at times but this place is the best. I trust them and like them.
