Nestled in the heart of leafy Moorooka, this Woolworths can lay claim to the friendliest and most helpful staff in town. Although the broccolini sells out fast - the Moorookans clearly have a taste for it - the fruit and veg section is always well stocked and orderly. Are you looking for fresh produce? They have it. Are you in need of quality household products? Look no further. My only regret is that they have too many self-checkout machines, depriving shoppers of the chance to interact more with their staff.

Great Woolies with the best staff. Definitely smaller than usual, but stocks all the essentials at a fair price in comparison to other central and metro locations.

I shopped at the Marook Woolworths for the first time on Thursdaynight, as I've just moved to the area.
I was absolutely thrilled as I walked through all the aisles listening to the employees working and communicating with each other and the general public, including myself.
Towards the end of my shop, I noticed a woman standing at a checkout looking confused. An employee swiftly moved in gently guiding her and sharing he'd help her finish her shopping.
At the checkout, I had two young ladies who greeted me and packed my goods.
An attendant kindly took my trolley.
I was impressed at every point in my shopping experience with every member of the workforce.
Before I left, I returned to the shop asking to speak to a boss. I told the young man how impressed I was with the service.
I've never done this before and lived all over Australia. I must say a huge congratulations to all employees for your good nature, great service, energy, passion and enthusiasm 👏

Large store with plenty of undercover parking available. Other speciality stores and cafes in the same complex and nearby.
Has a wide range of fresh produce, baked goods, deli foods and meat as well as general grocery range.

Nice place and good customer care service

Overall a clean and tidy store with a good selection. Fresh produce section is a bit small but there's a decent amount of aisles with dry, pantry, frozen, cleaning, and home goods. Good parking availability, trolleys, baskets. Just don't go at rush hour because the checkouts can get super backed up.

The person at the service desk was so lovely when I asked for a RAT kit, despite the fact they were probably asked so many times this morning. They had blue hair, and even thanked me for coming in and asking which was really sweet. I felt super welcome as someone who just stopped by for one thing.

Always a pleasure shopping at this store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Shelves are always well stocked team members are always happy to stop for a chat with my aging father if they are not too busy ;-) whoever is running this place obviously manages their staff well and has created a relaxed shopping environment for everyone to enjoy.

Always great service. Even when busy they can make sure your able to shop and leave as quick as possible.

Just want to give a big shout out to Sophie who worked in the self check out on new year day for giving the best customer service experience. She was super friendly, very helpful and professional. Absolutely a gem. Happy new year to Sophie and the service team and better things are coming your way for sure :) hope she sees this.

It's a Woolworths. Like any other. Same set out and variety of goods. I know where things are. It's convenient. Quick to check out and I got $10 off my purchase of wine at BWS next door using my Rewards card. That was a bonus. Shop first. Party after 🥳😀

Been going to this Woolworths for 6 years, as it is the local shopping center in our area. We love the staff, they seem to be like one big family. The only thing I would pass comment on and I've asked before is if there may be more vegan options in stock. Overall eith staff and most food being available we have no complaints at all and enjoy shopping with Woolies, Moorooka.

An excellent array of fresh. frozen and tinned products. Easy parking and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made in store sushi is always fresh and tasty.

8 for a supermarket is pretty good, as I'm yet 5o see a 10.
The fruit & veg here are consistently better than at most supermarkets , the staff are all friendly, there tends to broader than some smaller Woolies, the aisles are wide, plenty of car parking, immediately outside there are cafes, takeaways, a bakery, a bottle shop, barber & there's even a sushi bar within the Woolworths stote. .
At busier times, they often don't open enough checkouts (I might otherwise have given 9).
