Cairns Sunland Leisure Park

We stayed for 5 nights in a cabin was comfortable aircons work and would stay again if we come back up. For the price it did what we wanted a place to sleep, wash up and cool off after a day out.
We did not use the facilities as where out everyday only down side we had was cabin was meat to have a kitchenette but we where unable to use as it did not heat up to cook our breakfast but we where not there to cook so just change that plan..

Stayed multiple times here and for the price it’s great. All the staff are always friendly and the cabins have everything we need to cook and stay comfortable at budget accommodation rates. Much more included than plenty of other places I’ve stayed costing double.

Nice gardens, pool, facilities I.e laundry and honestly can’t fault it for price. My go to when visiting Cairns. Easy to book and extend if needed.

Our stay at the Cairns Sunland Leisure Park motel was delightful. While it may not be a luxurious 5-star hotel, the exceptional customer service and affordability made it a 5-star experience for us. We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade, which added to our satisfaction. The online booking process was smooth and hassle-free. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant, although it didn't boast extravagant amenities. The motel's location was a bit outside of town, but that didn't hinder our overall enjoyment. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option with excellent service, the Cairns Sunland Leisure Park motel is definitely worth considering for a comfortable stay in the area.

Love the family cabins. Newly renovated with new household items. Only needs rice cooker, otherwise will choose this accommodation over any fancy motels.

It was 5 star accommodation for the price I paid: spotlessly clean, functional kitchen with good sized fridge, small bathroom but works well, 2 bedrooms and lounge cum kitchen. No landscaping or view but the accommodation is self-contained. The pool looks inviting. Friendly reception staff. I stayed in 2 bedroom superior poolside villa. The price is unbelievable. One needs to be realistic with the pricing not to expect a 5 star location. It is handy to shops and bus stop. I strolled 25 minutes to the Botanical Gardens.

Maintenance and cleaning isn't high on their agenda. We had a powered site, stayed for 4 nights and the amenities were way below par, water was only warm No hot water at all and all the shower heads were broken and wouldn't stay up in the ladies. We have stayed in worse but we weren't paying $49.00 a night.

Great place regards to accessing everything Cairns has to offer, great prices. We had lovely clean cabin right next to the playground, BBQs, pool with tropical plants and shade all around. Our cabin had everything we needed for cooking and very cold air-conditioning. Great value price for our cabin ($80 one night).

The staff are friendly and the self contained cabins are great, very
clean and everything you need. Not flash but you have a full size fridge , stove, air con, comfortable bed , large tv, dining table etc.
Table and chairs outside to enjoy a soothing tipple.

My partner and I booked this accomodation as part of a Jetstar Holiday Package for 5 nights and we were so happy with our stay. Checked in at 1am on a Saturday night, check in was so easy and staff was really kind. We booked the Queen Villa and absolutely loved it. It was in great condition outside and in. Everything was really clean, great amenities. Bed was really comfortable. We felt so safe there the entire time, and it was really quiet day and night. Staff were all really lovely and friendly. Tours picked us up from the front driveway, all really easy. Our villa was exactly as pictured on their website, except the TV has been updated to a newer flat screen TV. Garden is regularly and really well up-kept. Will absolutely be staying here again.

Our aircon was having a moment and the man had no issues walking all the way to our cabin, twice, to fix it for us, promptly!
Cabin was so clean, the whole park was well maintained and manicured.

We were pleasantly surprised with this park. The 3.5star rating seems harsh. The staff were friendly and helpful and amenities, despite being older were clean and well maintained. Gardens were tidy. We had a problem with our power outlet and the guy was there in minutes to replace it. If anything was an issue, it was a little tight trying to manoeuvre the van into the slots, off the narrow access roads. I would give it 4.5 stars, but that's not possible.

Had a great experience at this campsite. Friendly staff and good facilities. An absolute steal at $36 per night for powered site (especially compared to other sites nearby). Found other campers very friendly and helpful.

I need to sleep one night before taking my flight, this place came up as a cheap place close to the airport and we were super happy with the deal.
The place may look outdated, but only by the looks, the sheets, towels and the kitchen staff were withe, fresh and new.
Everything was clean and prepare for our check in (ac was on, they gave us 3 towels 2 adults and one kid) I was very sad before check in reading a horrible review, but we have to keep in mind what are you booking, the is not luxury place, this is a clean cheap place to stay, and we were very happy here.

My family and I loved it! We love the set up, better than most places we've been. Great prices, great rooms, we love how there plenty of different variety's of rooms which suits everyone and every situation 😊 it's great! We'll be back to enjoy more of your rooms 👍 best so far! This place is amazing. We stayed for a few weeks and it offers everything you need. The cabin is comfortable and affordable.

Look, I'm going to give this 5 stars. Not because it's a 5 start resort but because it's perfect for the value price point. It may not be the most recently opened park - the sign out the front advertises 'colour tv rooms' (think Dire Straights 'money for nothing' from 1986) - but it's very centrally located assuming you have a vehicle, and the cabin 'colour tv' rooms are spacious, beautifully clean and secure with crimsafe-style steel mesh for fly screens on windows. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this place, been numerous times staying in this place for a weekend (our based is in Townsville), it's close to the city, room is always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Super and The best affordable accomodation in Cairns, the Budget Cabin is spacious and fully equiped with kitchenette. Recommend to all travellers to stay here. Staff are friendly.

Excellent value under a $100 for a full cabin, excellent customer service from bloke at front desk, night shift, and clean and tidy cabin, was actually pleasantly surprised and will definitely recommend 👍 thank you guys 🙂
