Chemist Warehouse Woolloongabba

I'm unsure why the chemist has so many negative reviews, is it under new management maybe?
Because I have recently moved to the city and have to say when I had an issue with an online order they immediately fixed the problem and then provided the sweetest little free sample apology gifts included in the package.

The brown-haired counter lady (I didn't get your name sorry, but I'm the embarrassing one who burst into tears at the till) was extremely nice to me. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help me when I was having a hard time.

Good variety of products here plus easily accessible parking

The pharmacists here are all very helpful, any questions I have are answered patiently and they will go out of their way if you have specific questions. Dispense techs always thorough with info they provide. It’s a busy pharmacy but they do a great job managing this.

Occasionally can be a long wait for prescriptions, but allows plenty of time to check out the amazing range of products they stock

Typical Chemist Warehouse with an extensive range of Pharmaceutical and other items. I only use the Click & Collect and was very happy with the service provided.

Chemist Warehouse is always my favourite chemist to go even I am far away from them. They are always cheaper than others. And also, staffs are always happy to help us when we need hand. I took their time by trying a parfume last time but they never complained at all. Thanks for your kind service.

Much better parking availability now they moved up the road to the corner of Ipswich Rd & Balaclava St, Woolloongabba.

Forget old reviews where parking was an issue due to Indian produce store next door & all their customers (especially at night) clogging most of the car spaces.

The staff in the scripts area are wonderful they are so friendly and helpful. One of the young ladies delivered my script to me as I wasn’t allowed out after my covid19 test. It is a real pleasure to go into the Woolloongabba branch

Parking is limited but the staff are absolutely lovely. I also won the raffle they had there for charity and can't believe how great the prize was! Thanks again.

Amazing service, got home and realised I'd lost my script, they followed me on camera in store , realised I'd left it on roof of car and retrieved it from the street for me. Just brilliant, Ty v. much :)

I would like to say that the staff at chemist Warehouse particularly Victoria and Yik are the very best in the business. I have been a regular customer for a long time and wouldn’t go any where else.
