Black Labelled "Coles Local" is a little more fancy than your regular Coles.

It has a much larger fresh food section, ready made meals, fresh juice and coffee, speciality items and baked goods.

No counter deli, but a good range of fresh prepacked cold meats.

Loads of parking underneath. A destination supermarket.

Customer service like no other! Many thanks to the caring young Coles assistant who assisted me yesterday.. With support from her manager she went out of her way to help me manage my shopping out the store and into a taxi. Being a visitor to Brisbane the extra assistance in and out of the store was truly appreciated.

I made a click and collect order and unfortunately something had gone wrong and my pantry items were not packed. Jason, I believe his name was, was so apologetic. He rushed back into store and grabbed all my items while I waited. When he returned he apologised again and gifted myself a box of chocolates. Even though the situation was not ideal, he managed to turn the situation around and put a massive smile on my face! I wish to always have customer service just like this again!

Right place to do week shopping, the cashier worker was friendly and helpful.

Compared to other Coles Local stores or the equivalent Woolies Metro, this store is very well stocked and easy to do a full shop for one person. It's very easy to go in and grab a few things and get through the checkout quickly. The selection of ready meals and cool drinks near the entrance is nicely located in the store. Very convenient, and the staff are friendly as well.

This is a really nice shop with an interesting layout that has an extended range of gourmet goods. Not too many drongos.

This Coles store is bigger, brighter, and much nicer now after a major makeover only a few years ago. Staff are always friendly here. Convenient very close to CBD, Southbank for BBQ or picnic lunch.

This store is very fancy, i felt strange walking in, like i wasn't allowed to touch anything out of fear of breaking something. By the check-outs there is this huge display of self-serve macaroons ... my local store has coke and mars bars.

Strange Coles with fresh produce section that stands out as very appealing. Weird car park underneath button it has a bakery next door that is quite good.

Store is always clean, staff are friendly, shoppers can donate items to local charities. This store often helps promote local food producers too - very community minded.

The store has a great selection of household items. It's convenient to pick up cleaning supplies while shopping for groceries.

The staff are nice, Evan if they have work they still take it out of there own time to help you find the thing you need. They had masks behind the counter. And always have the Essential items. Also, one of the staff members seen a custom drop her keys, he jumped straight on to them and got them for her, Evan though she couldn't hear him he went up to her and showed her the key. Great job man you know who you where.

Great range, note ... underground parking is off Gibbon street.

Excellent Coles with great location. Unlike your standard Coles, this place also has coffee, juice along with a heap of lunch items. The layout is great and it's clean with great options and vibe. Definitely do check it out as it is conveniently located to the gabba, post office etc

Very good mid sized supermarket in central location. Good quality selection. Not easy to park.

The staff are super friendly and its like any Coles without the clothing section....still impressive
