Running Bare

My two friends and I had the most wonderful shopping experience in store on Sunday. The team member who served us was kind and patient and very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Whilst we were in the store she handled a very difficult and pushy customer with patience and professionalism (and coming from retail myself I know how challenging these situations can be). She is an absolute asset to the team and made our day! I love my new activewear and can’t wait to wear it to the gym!

I love the garments here last and wash very well. I try going to other activewear stores, but always come running back here. Staff are amazing and warm. I feel comfortable walking into this store.

Today I went into the Doncaster store and I couldn’t be happier! Cordelia went above and beyond to help me with sizes and styles and nothing was to much trouble. Will be coming back to this store when I need new leggings in the future.

Every time i have come into this store, i am always greeted, and helped. Love the experience of this store.

My mother bought me a pair of shorts for Christmas that were too small. She lives interstate and only visited in January. I visited the store today to exchange the size of the pants. The woman was on her phone until I walked up to the desk to ask for her attention and she refused exchange without a proof of purchase. Absolutely terrible customer service especially for a long time customer of the company. Doubt I will purchase something from this brand ever again.

When to this store today to buy a pair of pants, one of the girls was very rude and rushed us a lot and had no patience’s with my mum. Both girls are new and don’t know what to do, kept calling head office and was very persistent about not having Afterpay available in store. Which they ended up having after stalking to head office. One of the girls was lovely. Only good thing about this store. Very bad customer service from one of the girls.

Walked in to the store around 5pm last night (5/8/22) - sales person was just chatting to a guy. No greetings nothing and wasn’t keen to help with sizing - running bare, you can do better than this.
