A variety of plastic containers and similar products are available, making it easy to find everything required for a party or event. The customer service is excellent, with quick and accurate assistance. My first experience was a warm welcome with service beyond my expectations for a warehouse.

I have been using Lotus packaging for a while now, they have a large range of products and offer very prompt delivery. I will definitely continue to use them.

Came here a few times, one of the staff used to be nice and helpful, but she left. New staff and Miya (the boss) are offensive and not helpful to occasional customers and reluctant to check purchase records. Turns out pricy as well when I checked with other suppliers. Won’t come back again!

They provide a wide range of products I believe. The customer service is a total put-off. Being such a regular customer with monthly orders, rain or shine, they neglect the loyalty and credibility. An advice for this business is learning to trust the customers and treat them RIGHT!
