Had a great experience today at the shop. Both Erik and the lady that served me ( sorry I don't know her name) went out of their way to answer questions and were LOVELEY with my dog Pluto. They gave him a treat at the end ( after asking my permission and making sure he is not allergic) and carried the heavy food to my car. I will surely shop here again. thanks.

Let put it simple, this is a general pet supply store, I bought gold fishes from here, very good price, and healthy compare to some other place I've been, but I've made some queries, somehow the staff said, "not sure, don't know" that saying they only have basic or general knowledge but not expert.
I gave 5 stars for the price wise, highly recommend if you know what exactly you after.

Booked dog food and toy, cost $151, got goods less 2 hours delivered by Uber for free.

Very friendly staff. Does not offer grooming services though except for the twin self-service dog baths. Wide range of pet essentials, food, treats and toys for dogs, cats, birds and fish.

1 shop assistant was very helpful and looked for what I asked for out in the storeroom, even after the other one said they were out of stock without even checking. Almost lost a customer.
