I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the remarkable service I received from Andrew. A couple of weeks ago, I came to pick up a click and collect order for a bar cart. From the moment I stepped into the store, Andrew's dedication to customer service was evident. He went the extra mile by asking if I was familiar with assembling the item and when I admitted I wasn't, he took it upon himself to build it right there in the store. What truly stood out was Andrew's unwavering commitment, even though I had arrived at the store a couple of minutes before close. Despite the timing, Andrew not only assembled the bar cart with precision and care but also went above and beyond by personally carrying it to my car and patiently securing the cart safely in my car's boot, ensuring it would remain safe from damage during transportation. Thank you for such exceptional customer service, I am truly appreciative of the help and assistance I received.

Had such a lovely shopping experience yesterday. It was my first visit to a store and the two ladies who helped me could not have nicer. Really helpful and generous with their time. The coverlet I purchased is just what I was looking for. Thanks to Olivia and I didn't get the other ladys name but both were amazing. Thank you.
