I’m so grateful for the amazing therapy sessions I have had with Charmaine Bedford. She is very dedicated and very skilled at her job. I have had chronic pain for more than 20 years. I have seen multiple physiotherapists and chiropractors. They just provided soft tissue release and stretches. Only one physiotherapist, looked for the cause. That was Charmaine. She identified the why I was having chronic pain. I was overcompensating with some muscles. If I kept on going I would have ended up with severe degenerative arthritis in my spine and nerve compressions. By identifying and correctly managing the problem she prevented serious long term consequences for me. She is absolutely the best. I wish her all the best in her career.

My knee pain is finally gone after nearly 1 year. Thank you once again Dilhan. Dilhan is truly a very experienced and professional physiotherapist. Went out of his way to help me. Compassionate and kind too. I have referred patients to him as a doctor working in the area. I have had no patient related disappointments: complaints about Dilhan over the last 9 years. This is why I find that google reviews don’t do justice to health professionals. We have gems of health professionals such as Dilhan who are quite professional, ethical, responsible and highly competent in the area. But not everyone gets reviewed.

I had pain in my arm and shoulder. Aubrey helped me to recover from my injury in just three sessions. Very professional and helpful.

Not satisfied for the visit, did the treatment not seriously and massage for 10 minutes, the entire treatment is less than 20 mins and sent me away, don’t think the therapist treats the patient properly, will not visit again!
