T2 Tea - Doncaster

My partner and I have been enjoying trying out different T2's as of late. Venturing to the other side of the city was 100% worth the dive. A lovely shopping experience. Brilliant staff, taste testing on offer, and got some advice that has helped me with my brewing.

Zach or Zack is the reason I'm giving 5 stars, the gentleman was knowledgeable and very helpful with my enquiry , he helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made mu experience great. Well done

They even gift wrapped it for free - amazing service, would recommend to anyone wanting to get a gift or even just indulge in nice tea and service.

Agree with other comment posted. Beautiful kind staff who are so welcoming and friendly. Love these guys - would happily come back and buy my next pot or tea or tea accessories. We bought a loose leaf tea pot here. But even if you just go in for a browse and to get some ideas, they are so lovely. Great ambience and stock.

Todat I visted T2 Doncaster Leanne provided me with amazing customer service she helped me exchange tea maker and helpt me to chooes amazing tea. She advised me about promotion also offered to sign me up to receive extra 10%. She offered to gift box iteams and wrap as it was a present. She went above and beyond and I haven't experienced customer service in retail like this! Thank you again Leanne!

Really friendly staff. Good displays of the latest selection. I really miss the tea tastings, as they really help with buying the right tea. But the staff are great to ask to fill this void!

This shop is like going to wonderland

A very well kept store. The staff are very polite, smiley and offered help as soon as they could. They have a great selection of teas and fancy China. A very nice store to visit.

Excellent tea shop, with friendly staff. A huge range of teas from rare teas to herbal tisanes. Really miss the tea tastings but still enjoyable.

Have been buying tea here for over a year & every time I'm there I'm reminded why- beautiful and kind staff who are always happy to chat tea with you. Always a range of testing teas avaliable. Lots of product!

I always wanted to shop here and finally ventured in to Tea heaven. So, a tea pot was found and of to my favourite section, Lemon and ginger, citrus flavours and excited to go home and suppress the urge to open it before Christmas #teapots #tea

I love T2. It's nice to sample teas before buying them. The tea tins and canisters are lovely, the pots and cups are beautiful!
