At the outset, I would say that Charu is very pleasant and caring for her patients. She went out of her way to help me with my Sciatica pain. I very highly recommend her to all my friends and relatives.

My mother got treated here for her recovery post multiple metatarsal fractures. Charu is a phenomenal person really going out of her way to not only treat well but make the person confortable. She had a really bad personal medical emergency, but she always kept it at bay while fixing regular appointments for my mom. Really shows her work ethics.

Charu is a very experienced Physiotherapist. She sets up plan for your issues and explains everything in details. I have seen her for my three injuries in separate occasions and always got best results.

I was seeing Charu for my multiple joint pains and back pain. I would say she is very professional, skilled and has a caring heart for her patients. Her treatment worked so well. I would highly recommend Procure physio.

I had a severely swollen ankle that prevented me from doing my usual exercise. I went in for an assessment and not only received treatment, but also an eye-level explanation of the diagnosis of my injury.

In one of the follow up treatments, I was very late to the appointment, but Charu generously provided full treatment past my designated appointment time, even though it was my fault for being late.

The one thing that really stands out to me about Procure Physio is that they don't just provide treatment on the day. They also provide an exercise program to carry out at home to ensure that the injury actually recovers. They're the real deal when it comes to rehabbing sports injuries.

It was a great experience having Teleservices by Charu. She not only helped me to discover and assist about the problem i was facing during my pregnancy but even helped me to connect with a physio here in canada and during my treatment was in contact with me.

Charu is very professional and caring for the patient. I had very good outcome from my shoulder injury. She is highly recommended.

Charu is not your average Physiotherapist. She has a wholistic approach and works on getting the entire structure of the affected part of the body to work together smoothly. I am pleased with this approach 👍.

I have been seeing Akash at Procure for about 2 months now for lower back pain due to minor discomfort bulge and a 3rd MTP injury on the toe. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. When he does notice something that's outside of his scope, he recommends appropriate investigations. I have seen huge improvement in both the issues and recommended him for a visit if you have any medium or long term injuries.

The team at ProCure have been amazing for me. I hurt my shoulder in a fall and they have done a great job in getting the range of movement in my shoulder back. Exercise, exercise. They have given me gentle but effective exercises and they have worked.

Charu is an excellent Physiotherapist. She is easy to speak to, takes the time to understand what the patient has to say and devise exercises tailored to each individual’s needs. She sets the patient’s anxiety and worries to rest with simple explanations that make sense. I had sudden pain and weakness in my right hand. It was sorted in 2 sessions. My partner has lower back pain and, on my recommendation, she has also started to see Charu. Hopefully her pain would be fully sorted too in no time.

Used procure physio today … wow just wow. The service from reception to Cha the physio was brilliant.I couldn’t be happier or be more satisfied with the outstanding service that I received. I went in with a lower back issue and Cha knew what it was straight away. Very thorough with history of health conditions,old injuries and any other concerns. I will not go anywhere else now and I will taking my family here from now on. You won’t be treated better anywhere else. Cha was so knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I was in the safest hands.I can’t thank you all enough for my treatment today. They go above and beyond.
