A great variety of different things

Last week I went to the store in Hornsby. I purchased an item and later I realised it was faulty. The item was bought in the morning and I returned it in the afternoon. I was shocked when the shop manager (see pic) did not want to exchange the item. She was rude and unpolite. Her lack of English language skills made it worst, saying too many unclear words in her native tongue (chinese).
The experience was not pleasant and because of her attitude, I will never return to this store located close to the train station.

When I was at the counter purchesing my artificial nails and the lady had the worst customer service I had seen. Not because of what she said or if she was unhelpful or spoke in an arrogent tone, none of this because she did not speak at all! Wth! Not a hello how are you or anything, no smile etc.

Everything up to 50% off...... complete lies. They told me at the register "selected items only" and selected something worth $1 and took off 30c. I had purchased $60 worth of bits and pieces.... nothing was marked at 50% off in the store but most of the stuff i got had red tickets on them which apparently means nothing. Do not purchase anything from them unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Spoke to lady over the phone, said washing basket was $2.50, when I got there at 5.57pm, three minutes before the store closed the lady was very rude and discourteous towards me, telling me to hurry up and got really grumpy.
She then told me the basket was $6.00 even though the label showed it had been marked down to $2.50. I questioned her and she kept arguing about the price even after I showed her the price tag. This is very poor service and very unprofessional the way she treated me.

Went to the Hornsby store and the lady at the counter was so rude. Didn’t even acknowledge I was there, acted as though she could not care less. So much attitude too! Will not return 🤬

Lady swore at me and screamed at me because I tried return faulty product.
