Jeff and his team are amazing! I came in to rehab a dislocated elbow. During each session we came up with strength or flexibility goals, which really gave me encouragement whenever I hit them as it gave me indication that I was recovering well.

They also helped me with correcting my form and technique with exercises I was doing at the gym outside of my normal rehab exercises. That was EXTREMELY helpful!

Amazing staff and has always been my go to spot for any injury or niggle I feel after playing basketball. Always fixed me up and is always flexible with time. Extremely understanding and can help with not just rehab, but strengthening and conditioning of the body to come back better and ready for any physical activity.

I was dealing with pain in my lower back and shoulder. I was recommended to see Matthew by my doctor, when I saw Matthew for my first appointment I felt so comfortable with him. Firstly he's a great listener, he was able to diagnose my pain very quickly, he asked questions in a very professional manner and understood what I was going through. He explained everything step by step very nicely I would definitely recommend him he's the best!!

Have been feeling lower back pain for some time and started physio sessions with Jeff in the beginning of the year to minimise further possible injury/pain to the area. He has been very attentive and has equipped me with the tools I need to look after my back. After a few sessions, I’ve felt great progress and would definitely recommend Jeff and his friendly team to anyone with similar concerns!

I saw Matthew for knee pain. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to diagnose the issue pretty much immediately. The sessions and homework together provided an immediate decrease in pain and we were able to resolve the issue very quickly. He was also honest about when his services would no longer be needed so no need to worry about being ripped off.

I felt very comfortable with him and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Jeff is a great physio and helped me rehab my ankle sprain so I could return back to running and basketball. He’s very knowledgeable and provides great rationales for each exercise which makes rehab more meaningful. Would recommend 100%

Great experience. I saw Jeff for a wrist/thumb tendon injury and he was extremely helpful identifying the problem and establishing a treatment plan. After a couple of months my injury was so much better and I no longer get pain or irritation. Would definitely return here for any future issues.

I had the pleasure to have Sharoz as my physio! He was very good and always explained everything very easily. I had several sessions and really saw a major difference with their suggest exercises for recovery. I highly recommend coming here !

Baysictechnique really know what they are doing. The staff here are amazing and extremely welcoming. Zaki is fantastic with great knowledge on technical situations. I come here for a knee injury and he was extremely helpful with giving advise and excises along with great massages. Jeff the owner is extremely welcoming and always makes sure all he’s clients are happy with the treatment. Highly recommend this place and all the Physio’s here!

I would highly recommend Mathew from basic technique. He was able to accurately diagnose the cause of my issue and the mri scan later even confirmed. His skills in treatment from the massage to the needles to the detailed explanation of how the body works are second to none.

Nice clean work area with ample parking available right next to the clinic. Jeff was really friendly and helpful with assessing what was causing me pain and provided great hands on treatment as well as advice and exercises to continue post-treatment. Jeff and the team provide amazing service. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly and welcoming to all.
