Woolworths Annerley

Have to congratulate a most deserving employee, Thomas. This gentleman has the most obliging manner and his customer service attitude is exceptional. Thomas could not have been more helpful, with his ease of finding unusual grocery items I could not find myself. Even after a second request for a product that was not on the shelf, he went out of his way to source boxes of the item from your store room and restocked the shelf. What great service! I will continue to return to this store when I receive such generous customer support.

I enjoyed my recent shopping experience at this Woolworths. Newly opened store with a bottle shop BWS on site & plenty of undercover parking. Spacious store with good customer service & not overcrowded can get in & out relatively quickly

Ey man, big up to the bloke who just ran down to the car park and chased me down when I forgot to take one of my items with me from the self-checkout. Hahah. Absolute legend. Thank you. I didn't clock his name badge... but he was on self-checkout duty around 1:30pm. Promote him! He knows what customer service is about. ;)

Great store with undercover parking, lovely helpful staff and always one or two manned checkouts for us oldies! I livevat Moorooka but prefer to shop at Annerley. Thank you.

A lovely young boy called Byron put a chicken aside for me so I could collect it later 10/10 I would recommend this store to everyone 😊

Great selection of quality products including fresh fruit and vegetables. Easy to find your way around. Plenty of space and easy parking.

It was my first time shopping here last night on my way home from work. I had the most amazing staff member assist me at the Deli. Her name was Debbie and she was honestly amazing. Hats off to you Debbie! Your kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I tried to call the store after I left to let management know about my great experience but there was no answer. So I leave my thanks here!

Pretty standard Woolies. The layout doesn't feel right to me...and things seem to change places. The deli can often be very slow to serve. Generally it's a fine store. You can eat a hot chicken in-store for free providing you eject it from your body prior to exiting.

Very good underground parking, which is really preferable in Summer. Supermarket is clean, and well managed. Prices seem reasonable. Has a BWS 10 meters from the entrance.

Used to be a regular here. My fiancee used to live quite literally down the road & despite having changed staff members that work at the self-service sector; again they remain to have friendly staff who help you with whatever you need at the time!

Love to shopping here. Staffs was very kind and friendly. It is happened once I pay for my cereal and leave it outside of my bag. I just realise when I am home and then back again to let the staff know and she is allow me to take replace for my cereal without seeing the footage I just show her my recipe.

I was at your store on the 23/03/19 at about 8pm and received excellent customer service from an older lady who was working on the express checkouts. She went above and beyond to help me out. I don't know her name but hoping you will know who I'm talking about and reward her for her excellent work. She is a lovely and caring person.

This is our go to store and local, plenty of parking 2 levels.

If there is anything not on shelf, get to know the staff and they will help you out if you shop here regularly.

I usually do my grocery shopping here. It is the most convenient to my home and they have undercover parking. They don't have the bakery section that bigger stores do, that is good and bad. For instance I had to go to Moorooka woollies today because I wanted a single bread roll but they didn't have the kransky I like. I got a different brand and I'm not sure how that will go.....so the kransky was not great.
