We bought some cosmetic’s for my daughter at the top floor Priceline and were served by a staff member named Rose she was extremely helpful as we were not sure what to buy .

Amazing staff, Anita in store is just knows what she does and that was best customer service I have experienced in Priceline since. Good work and Thank you 🙂

A sales lady saw me looking in the cold and flu section. She asked if I needed any help. I began to explain my issues and she came up with some good advice then empathetically said I should chat with the pharmacist to get more help. She walked me over and arranged a chat. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and listened to my long list of issues. He didn't make the situation feel rushed or like I was a bother. He asked additional questions to get even more information. He was caring and kind. He then showed me a few medications to help. I left the store very happy with the customer service I received. Thanks so much guys. You don't often come across this kind of thing.

I recently have had a very pleasant experience at this franchise and was dealt with care and attention. I was actually looking for some beauty and skin related items and was guided very aptly by their beauty advisor Zara. She gave me great advice regarding both, taking into consideration my sensitive skin issue. She went really out of her way to make me comfortable in trying out her recommendations and so far, I am not disappointed!
Whenever at this pharmacy, ask for her. I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

I recently went to Blacktown Priceline pharmacy and had the best experience with at least 3 staff members.
First off, I was browsing make up (Which can be overwhelming!!) and was approached by Louise. Her customer service was truly amazing. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable & kind. I had gone in with the intention of buying a little eyeshadow palette to use for a wedding but after Louise showed me some products & gave me very good information without being pushy, I ended up purchasing 3 palettes plus more. I so appreciated her opinion & friendliness.
Secondly, I had some scripts that needed to be filled. The pharmacist (I believe her name is Chrystal.) was really friendly, understanding & efficient. I found her to be very empathetic and just a pleasure to deal with.
Thirdly, I had a lovely interaction with Carmelina (Apologies for the spelling.) She was very approachable, nothing was a bother and she exuded kindness and did everything with a beautiful smile. Its honestly the little things like that that make me want to go back.
These 3 ladies are are an absolute credit to the Priceline brand and I cant thank them enough for their exemplary customer service. I do hope they're rewarded for their efforts.

I was provided with an excellent customer service by the staff today and not to forget about a special mention of their beauty advisor Zara , who provided me with indepth analysis of my skin and helped me buy the best suitable skin care regime for my skin. Not only this, she also guided me in buying some makeup stuff I was looking for a long time.

I visited this store recently and was absolutely blown away by the service I received by the staff there. A girl named Maddison assisted me with cosmetics and really appreciated how much time and attention she gave me. The staff at the registers were very friendly. Highly recommend this store

Most amazing staff members, despite the chaos of the 40% off sale they all took the time to make sure I was looked after. Managers where so friendly, loved coming here.
