Enjoyed the excellent tasting service and thankful to the lovely lady who helped us. Bought numerous jars as gifts for family and friends. The film was also very interesting and informative. Loved seeing the production process through the glass too. Will be sure to recommend to family and friends to visit Tassie. Thank you.

Honey here is relatively priced lower without sacrificing the quality. The leatherwood and meadow honey are our favourite.
Nice gift shop offering a variety of gifts and goods.
There is a liquor tasting available that varies $2 and $4 the tasting, and we did ALL on offer!! So should you!! Just make sure to stay and have a sit-down meal at the colony cafe after the tasting.
Bought the mead and the honey gin, best of the bunch.

We had a great time at Blue Hills Honey. The free honey tasting was really enjoyable, and we had a very nice lunch in the café. The mead tasting was also well worth the small price. The staff were friendly. The café was run entirely by a single staff member, and he did a fantastic job, with fast service and great food. Highly recommended, even though it is a little way off the highway.

One of the NW coasts quality attractions.
I was very impressed with the quality of this business.
Great shop with interactive items to learn all about bees and honey.
Nice big windows to view into the processing room.
Great video room with a type of wall to wall movie about the process. The toilets I'd have to say are nearly one of the best I've ever been. Always a bonus to get a smile and view these tick both boxes.
Licensed Cafe looked great but due to the current situation wasn't open, but with the roaring fire, lovely ambience I'd recommend this as a great place to relax before or after seeing the falls.
All accessible for everyone. Including a Tesla recharging station, who'd have thought out in the back sticks there'd be one of those.
Lovely photo opportunities and horses to feed. Kids will love it as much as the adults.

I had a lovely time at Blue Hills Honey. The venue is very well presented, with a lovely shop and tastings available. The mead and honey whiskey were smooth and worth trying.

The cafe has a nice selection. I had the double cheeseburger which was juicy and very tasty, with a generous amount of melted Ashgrove Havarti cheese.

Firstly, we had a really warm welcome from the happy calves 😁
Amazing free honey tasting (Amanda is so lovely!), delicious variety of food (we had stuffed crumbled mushroom and soup of the day was creamy pumpkin, everything was perfect!), also facilities are spotless and cosy.

Stopped here for a quick recharge and a bite to eat.
What a fantastic experience! Staff were friendly, the food was delicious and there was so much to see. They also welcomed our pooches at the outside seating 🐕

Wow. On way to dip falls and this must stop cafe came up. Beautiful setting. I had already eaten unfortunately as everything looked lovely. Bowl of chips looked inviting. The playground was what I dream of. Themed with lots to do in lovely setting. Where else can you play and dine with a loaded cherry tree overhead. Will be back.
Also learnt a lot about bees from the playground beehives. More so than a look through gift shop and display boards.

The free tasting was professionally done with great information. I had lunch and enjoyed the best coffee since I have been in Tassie and a wonderful toasted panini with awesome rotated verges. The team there or two, did a wonderful job. Must visit!

Had a amazing time at Blue Hills Honey yesterday. My girlfriend and I went out to buy some honey and ended up staying for an amazing lunch in the cafe. The food and service was fantastic. We learned so much about the different types of honey and the incredible health benefits for each type and everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We also got to taste their impressive range of honey which was so good. There is something for everyone, including a playground for the kids. The drive out was beautiful and we came away with four different types of honey between us. Will definitely be returning even if we don’t need to buy honey plus it is a great place to take visitors to Tasmania.

Good spot to stop if you have a Tesla. There is a Tesla charging terminal. The place is few kilometers away from the Big Tree.
