a wonderful place to stay. beautiful gardens and native forest with abundant wildlife, and host Helen is terrifically generous, knowledgeable and friendly. her tour of the native forest was incredibly interesting, and her (almost entirely home made or home grown) breakfasts are second to none. rooms are comfortable and warm - will definitely stay again!

Pia and Finn the farm dogs are also lovely :)

a very comfy accommodation to stay in, helen is very hospitable. the house is surrounded by farm animals & a garden full of flowers & fruits, which make them a nice place to explore. yes, the reviews raved about her home cooked breakfast, we can confirm that it was super delicious. one of my highlights was watching some of the wildlife captured by her cameras in the bush surrounding the properties. i highly recommend this place.

The property is well appointed and spotlessly clean.Helen is a warm and welcoming host, and yes, the reviews raving about the exceptional brekkie are on the money!

I highly recommend taking a walk around the property with Helen, a zoologist. There were many points of interest I would not have appreciated without Helen pointing things out and sharing her vast knowledge.

Thanks Helen for the map and directions for the bush walk, it was spectacular

Helen is an exceptional host with a beautiful home and garden she shares with visitors. She prepares a sumptuous breakfast mostly made from her own produce.

This beautiful farmstay B&B is run by the delightfully engaging and resourceful Helen. We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our king room had a comfortable bed and a walk in shower. When we arrived, Helen took us on a walk around her extensive property and afterwards showed us footage (taken from her special motion sensor cameras) of the local wildlife. Our breakfasts (chosen from an extensive menu) were sumptuous and consisted of home made and home grown produce!! We forgot to eat lunch because the breakfasts were so generous. This is the place to stay if you want to treat yourselves to something special. This is a 5 star experience for a mid-range price.

Beautiful surroundings, amazing breakfasts, comfy, clean. Fabulous and informative host Helen.
Came home from our trips each day to a pot of tea and home-made biscuits.
Delightful just sitting on the verandah watching the birds flitting around in the mornings and afternoons.

What a great find! We booked 1 night, stayed 3 and only left because Eagles Roost was booked out. Helen, the owner, took us on a great bush walk, combined with a farm tour, prepared fabulous 5 star breakfasts and even supplied a picnic hamper for lunch. The room was very quiet and comfortable with a king sized bed and compact ensuite with an excellent walk in shower. Helen gave us excellent tourist information and many attractions are a short drive away.

We stayed here one night on our road trip, and ended up regretting for not staying longer. Helen’s hospitality was amazing - I learned so much about the local nature and the farm. Definitely recommended.
