This optometrist is outstanding. The care and attention to detail is exquisite. They take the time to help you decide what is best for you. I have been a returning customer here for 5 years now. I started my "goggles" as I call them journey with a chain optometrist, however I noticed I was just a number. Here, total opposite. The parking is ample, prices well, goggles are not cheap. I think of it as a fashion accessory. I like the fact my goggles are not everywhere on everyone. It's a brilliantly run family business. The staff remember you when you come in it's outstanding! Highly recommend. Took my child to the behavioral optometrist, found needed goggles, now, so much better, no longer needs goggles! THANK YOU!

This team exceeded my expectations when taking care of my child’s optometry needs! The staff were amazing and very thorough. Their professionalism and kindness along with staying ahead of the game with the latest research and offering products which benefit children’s eyes long term is the reason we will keep coming back!

The level of service I received here is incredible. Lisa takes the time to actually study your matter, diagnose and then her salesperson supplies you with the best products in the market. They don't push brand name but they suppl quality items which last a long time. There are 2 aspects of the business, one is the optometry aspect which Lisa executes flawlessly and the second is the products which are sold to complement Lisa's work. If you want cheap and nasty then PLEASE steer clear of this place because they give you QUALITY only. You pay peanuts - you get monkeys people.

I took my son in as he has a lazy eye. previously we had done patching with another opticians but my son hated it and would take them off. we saw the optician at eyes at Narangba and they told us about prism lenses which basically ensure that both eyes and the brain see two images. as soon as my son had the new glasses he was amazed at the detail in the world. he focused more and he wears his glasses all the time now as he sees so much better with them on. it has been life changing for him and gives us reassurance as parents that his eyesight is the best it can be now he is in prep and learning to read and write.

Furthermore, the staff at eyes at Narangba are all so lovely and helpful. a special shout out to the ninja staff member who was amazingly patient when sitting with our son helping him choose some glasses.

This is the first time I haven't gone to one of the big names (OPSM, Specs savers etc.) and I loved the experience. The staff were all friendly and professional and thorough. I felt like I was in good hands. Will definitely be going back there.

I’ve had a few emergencies with my glasses and specialised loupes recently and the team at Eyes @ Narangba have been so helpful every time. It’s never easy to when there’s specialised equipment involved but I have found they have always gone above and beyond my expectations to help me out.
